Everything was perfect, from the person who makes the coffee in the morning ( don’t remember his name) to Erica at the reception who help us almost every day with suggestions and everything, nice talking with the guy from the bar every night And of course ” Mom” who is a lovely person! ❤️ In fact we enjoin our week at lot thanks for these persons , Thanks so much! Something that i cannot forget to mention is the Amazing breakfast , everyday fresh fruit and a lot of different choices. We got a ride to the beach from one of the owner, we appreciated a lot!. Thanks to all and everyone from The Rozafa Palace Hotel!

This hotel is located in a very convenient place close to everything. The hotel doesn't have elevators but they helped with the luggage that was very nice. They offer trnasfer orn"taxi" but they over-priced the rate. I didn't like that The cost of a taxi is between 8 to 10 € they charged us 20. Other than that we had a good stay.

Ottimo hotel, in posizione tranquilla, lontano dal caos del centro di Saranda e molto vicino alla strada per le spiagge di Ksamil. Molti ristoranti nelle vicinanze. Parcheggio al piano -1 con ascensore davvero comodo (per avere sempre l'auto fresca). Colazione abbondante con richieste su misura. La stanza a disposizione aveva la vista sul mare con un balcone con due poltrone, bellissimi tramonti. Molto silenzioso nonostante la strada adiacente spesso trafficata. Personale cortese. Acqua calda non sembre bilanciata, come in altri hotel dell'albania forse sarebbe necessario avere anche cuscini bassi più ergonomici per il collo.
