Spring Break with high school seniors

This property was a perfect fit for our crew. The duplex was perfect as it allowed for eight boys to have their own space and giving the chaperones their own space while keeping us all together the location was good as it was only a short drive to different spots. The accommodations were vecontemporary.

Wedding Success

I can’t say enough about the support we received on this visit. Our stay landed between two hurricanes, Helene and Milton. We had to relocate to this property because of damage on Siesta Key. The staff that supports this property were so helpful, and responded almost immediately when we had a question or two. Well equipped and supported from start to finish…it made our wedding weekend so special. Memories for life. Thank you!

Girls getaway

The houses were perfect for our stay. Tons of room and lots of amenities. Beautifully decorated and super comfortable beds. Close to the grocery store. Only took us about 10 minutes to get to Siesta Key Beach. Communication with the property managers was very easy. We had the best time lounging in the pools and had plenty of room

Christmas Vacation

Amazing property for a large family - Having 2 separate houses and pools worked perfectly for us! We had 14 total with 2 under 4 yrs. Property manager was very responsive, allowed us to store our bags in the office into check-in and the house was ready early so we were able to acess 2 hrs early! Walkable to retail and restaurants Everything you need is a 5-10 min walk away. Would highly reccomend!

2023 Summer Vacation

Upon arriving the second unit could not be accessed for incorrect access code. It took a while to text property manager and get response back. There was dog poop on the walkway between the two units. The refrigerator was in need of repair and broken floor tiles were a concern for toddler gran baby. Mold in the onsuite shower. However. We enjoyed our stay and the overall cleanliness, landscaping and accommodations worked for our family.

Family Time

The information and pictures are very accurate and inpressive We were very impressed when we opened the doors The heated pool was a great plus, everything you needed for the beach was supplied. The time we were there the weather was unusually cold. The information on places to see and do in the area was great. The eating places suggested was very helpful for us. We enjoyed the cupcakes left for us, that was a very thoughtful jester. Having two places separate but yet connected worked for our large family.

Great

The property worked very well for our large family with the 2 houses that are joined by the backyard. Everything we needed was available including towels, pool floats and beach chairs and cart. I really enjoyed this property and would definitely stay again. The only thing I could find fault in was the shower faucet in the main bathroom in the Hanson house which would only get hot or cold, not in between. I did contact property management who told me I just needed to turn the knob all the way to the top, which the knob did not do. But it honestly wasn't worth contacting them a second time for. Everything else was great and we really enjoyed it. Also enjoyed that we had many TV options in every room.

Highly recommended for a home away from home!!!!

We had an amazing vacation with our family and we felt right at home!! Everything you would want was within a 10 to 20 minute drive, the beach, shopping, fine dining or burgers. We all highly recommend!

Family Vacation

Nice having two units for the family. Everybody was together but still had their space. Pools were nice. The units were great and had everything we needed for the stay. The property management was awesome. They were super responsive to answer questions before and after we booked and to take care of a couple very minor issues. We would definitely use them again. Would give five of five stars☺️

Wonderful vacation!

Our family had an absolutely amazing time! My husband, myself + our kids and his sister, her husband, and their kids usually vacation together in one large house. But when we saw this set up, we decided to give it a try, especially because of the two outside spaces. It was wonderful! The landscaping around the pool and patio furniture made it feel like a secluded oasis. Our kids (all teenagers or almost teens) loved the pools and having space to spread out. The amount and quality of beach equipment provided was more than we expected..a definite bonus! The house had everything we needed and the cupcakes that were left for us when we arrived was a really thoughtful touch. The only thing to be aware of when you are looking at this property is that bedroom #3 in Luena Nueva is a king sized bed, not two twins as stated in the description. But they do have extra portable beds (stored in the closet) that you can use if you need that extra bed. It is just a short drive to Siesta Key, Crescent, and Turtle beaches. The interactive communication board was really helpful b/c it left us messages and reminders throughout the week and offered suggestions and services. And Cottages on the Key guest services was very helpful when we had an unexpected issue with one of the pools...it was fixed very quickly. We would definitely recommend Luna Flores!

Beautiful Properties

The houses of both properties are gorgeous and have everything you could possibly need for your vacation! The appliances and utensils are top notch! Tons of beach towels, coolers, chairs, & beach wagons!! If renting both sides out, know the properties are connected via a side pathway, and fence, but they are absolutely stand alone houses, you do not see the other side unless you walk over there! We had a few issues with one side of the house- the managers immediately dealt with it, super fast and easy. We have been vacationing in Anna Maria and Sarasota for 15-years now and I will say this company has been the absolute best to deal with as of today!!! Thank you to the owners for allowing us to share a bit of paradise!

Both homes are really nice and updated

The homes have pools at both places. Lots and lots of amenities, even stuff for the beach like chairs, carts, and boogie boards. Had I known there was so much I would’ve packed much lighter hahaha. Lots of restaurants and shopping close by. Only about a 10-15 minute ride to Siesta Key. The negative that I can say is the neighborhood. It’s residential which is great but there is a definite drug problem and some homelessness nearby. We left one of our beach wagons outside the gate and it disappeared within a couple hours. Completely on us for leaving it out but don’t want the same to happen to anyone else. All in all we loved our stay

Great pre Thanksgiving weekend

Our family loved this dual condo setup. Everyone had plenty of space. The decorations were very nice. The kitchens had everything we needed and we even got great cupcakes and a bottle of Chardonnay. The cottage crew was super accommodating and friendly. Great time!! We would definitely rent these again

Luna Flores, Sarasota

We are a family of 14 and booked Luna Flores (Villa Las Flores and Luna Nueva) which are two back-to-back 3-bedroomed properties which could accommodate us all. There is a side entrance and the gate was left open for us to enable us to meet up and spend time with family members. The properties were in rural roads but close to the main highway and easy access to points of interest. When we arrived, the rooms were very clean and tidy and there was soothing music to listen to which was lovely after our hectic week at Disney. There are eateries (we liked iHOP and the Irish31 pub particularly) within a short walking distance and Siesta Key, Sarasota has a huge and wonderful, white sandy beach. Sunday night was "Drum Night" - not to be missed - bongo drums of all sizes were drummed right into the night and many people were there dancing on the beach, and also performers with enchanting costumes. The accommodation had all the facilities we needed. There is only one problem we encountered and that was the air conditioning outside the the twin room at Villa Las Flores which could be heard all night, but I don't know what can be done about this. I'm not sure if the other property, Luna Nueva, had the same problem as I was staying with part of my family at Villa Las Flores. The children loved the pools and we would definitely book Luna Flores again if we ever come to Sarasota another time. Sarasota is a lovely holiday resort - ideal for all ages. Thoroughly recommended. More than we expected!

Our villas were spotless and the perfect location. Perfect for our large family. Since we were there to inter my mom's ashes, they even had a plant, card and cupcakes waiting for us. It made us feel so welcome. Would highly recommend to others.

Just What We Needed

Our host Jennifer was incredibly responsive with any question we had. The location was great as it was minutes away from Siesta Key, St. Armand's Circle, and downtown Sarasota. After a day at the beach we could easily come back to the villas to relax by our saltwater pools. They truly were like our own private oasis. We would definitely come back!

Annual Family vacation to Sarasota/Siesta Key.

Great place, nice pools, clean, looked exactly like the photos on the site. Comfortable bedding, had everything we needed. Close to the bridge over to Siesta Key island, so it was an easy drive to get to the village and beach. Easy drive/walk to Publix and Walgreens. We settled in and enjoyed the pool every day we were there. Only thing I didn't like was that there was a black snake in the area of the walkway between the two places. And that the walkway could use some cleaning up as there are old plant pots and such in that area. This made going to the other side where the rest of our family was staying made it a little adventurous.... if you fear snakes. But....hey it is Florida and there is wildlife. The snake did not bother us, but we did see it a few times within the week. Made us just be aware of not letting the kids walk alone between places. Other than that, the vacation was great. We would certainly return as we had more than enough space for all of us (6 adults and 2 children). We also enjoyed great privacy. The fence surrounding the homes is in beautiful shape and the greenery that is on both sides of the fence made it tropical and very secluded from any noise outside the fence. It was overall a very quiet, we slept well and enjoyed our time there. Another good feature are the screened porches. We sat out in the evenings and loved the warm air. Thanks for a great vacation. I would highly recommend this location if you are looking to relax and enjoy this area. Every year we rent our pontoon at CB Outfitters, they are a great business to rent from. As well as we love to eat pizza at Demetrio's every year. We also enjoy eating at the Dry Dock in Longboat key. We were convenient to all areas we enjoy, as well as golf (the guys enjoy various courses) and the gals and kids enjoyed the beach life. Thanks!

An oasis, and very conveniently located

Luna Flores is two 3 bedroom villas which are connected via the outside path. The villas are both beautifully presented, were very clean and had good equipment and excellent 'supplies' (washing up liquid, cleaning products etc) to make our stay so comfortable. The outdoor space is fabulous and the pools are open air, which we loved. The villas are walking distance (very unusual in US) to supermarkets, coffee shops and restaurants which again added to our enjoyment. The villas are nicely fenced off from the roads creating the 'oasis' type feeling as the roads outside are a little bit less well presented than the villas. I would highly recommend this property for couples, friends or family groups.
