"Great place beautiful pool actually they have 2 pools. The place was clean and updated perfect size for us. But the best thing about it was the white beach sand and the sea green ocean!!!!"

"The people at the Captive Resort were so warm and friendly. We arrived early, and they suggested we grab lunch and come back after to see if the room had been cleaned. We were able to check in a bit early, and the room looked and smelled clean. We had a parking spot very close to our room, which made it easy to unload our bags. We never had any trouble finding a parking space near our room on the property. There is a small kitchen area, but we only used the stovetop once and the microwave a few times. However, the kitchen had all the basics for quick and easy meals - nothing too complicated. The beds were quite comfortable, and the showers were easy to use. The walk to the beach is quite short, and yes, the Siesta Key beach is one of the most beautiful beaches in the USA. We also used the pool. It is not a super big pool, but it can fit several families at once. Overall, we will likely book again if we visit Siesta Key in the future."

"Room was a single king bed great condition room was renovated but some house keeping could have been improved towels and cleaning etc. overall great place to stay especially for couples . This place is only about 4 houses from the beach and I believe is far superior to any of the ocean front hotels . Super easy to get down to great food and drinks we easily walked everywhere we needed to go . Stores food icecream you name it"

"This place really had everything we needed great location on the beach and Patrick was always there to set us up with the umbrellas and chairs. We truly didn’t have to do anything. The rooms are beautiful and also had everything we needed. They even came and made beds and provided fresh towels daily. Can’t wait to go again."

"Clean rooms, great staff, easy walk to the beautiful beach, easy walk to a few restaurants and seven eleven. They had chairs and beach towels on site we were able to use. The pool was a shared pool with the other little hotels. I had only one issue and that was the water pressure but I'm assuming because we are at the beach? We had a great experience overall and would stay again. Thank you."

"We had a great stay! The property was exactly as described in the listing, so there were no surprises. While the home is a bit older, it was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The location was excellent- just a 10 min drive to the beach, and stores like Costco and Walmart were just a few minutes away, which made it very convenient. The host was very responsive, answered our questions quickly, and made check in and communication seamless. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would happily stay here again."
