The Space:
This 2bed +office/1bath, 900ft² private two story house in the northern end of downtown Saratoga is freshly renovated and fully furnished, complete with modern day amenities, dedicated generous office space and home away from home comforts. Expansive restored hard woods, bright white Shaker cabinetry stocked with cooking/baking/dining essentials, stainless steel appliances(5 burner gas stove), comfortable lounge areas and an inviting furnished front porch perfect for soaking in Saratoga’s warm weather days. Open kitchen/dining area faces the expansive shared back yard with a welcoming Adirondack seating area to enjoy.
LAYOUT:
A convenient few steps from the street parking will find you right at the front porch entrance to the first floor kitchen/living/dining spaces. Up a full flight of stairs leads to the second floor bathroom, office and bedrooms. We have thoughtfully outfitted the space with accommodations terrific for relaxing, cooking, dining, sleeping, bathing and working.
2 BEDROOMS + OFFICE:
For sleeping there are 2 second floor bedrooms, one with a Queen bed and another with a twin-trundle to sleep 2 + bonus office space.
Generous work from home friendly dedicated office space complete with a large corner desk, rolling chair, monitor and comfortable arm chair.
KITCHEN/ DINING:
For meal time there is a dining table, chairs & place settings for 4, plentiful bakeware and cookware as well as an outdoor grill for a wide variety of culinary prep wants and needs.

For bathing there is 1 second floor beautifully updated bath stocked with beauty care basics, plentiful bath linens and a gorgeous subway tile full size stand up shower.
LAUNDRY:
Full size stackable washer/dryer in a closet off the dining room.

For indoor relaxation you’ll find board games along with Smart TVs powered by free high speed internet, complete with basic cable loaded with streaming services apps ready for personal login access.

This is a entire private house. The entire home is yours to enjoy. The yard space is shared with the residents of the buildings on either side.

This property is located conveniently in a downtown Saratoga Springs neighborhood with on street parking. Mere walking blocks to Skidmore College, Saratoga Hospital or downtown Broadway's shopping, dining, parks and nightlife. A very brief ride to the Saratoga Race Course or Saratoga Performing Arts Center.
Given the downtown neighborhood location there is potential for related audible noise. Complimentary earplugs are provided to accommodate guest preference.
