"Es muy complicado que no hablen inglés en recepción. El hotel está muy feo por fuera, lleno de basura a un lado y el lugar del desayuno que es un restaurente, viejo, feo y huele horrible. No había jugos ni nada dulce para desayunar más que comida China, lo cual entiendo"

"The staff was exceptional, from those in the breakfast cafeteria to the concierge staff and front desk. I was met with a warm greeting in the morning for breakfast and assisted with my needs for transportation from the front desk and the concierge staff. The hotel cleaning staff kept my room in a warm/welcoming condition the entire two weeks of my stay. I highly recommend this Ritz-Carlton. I also wish to extend my sincere appreciation to all the staff of the Ritz-Carlton."

"Great stay with friendly staff. Not a far car ride to Universal - which was why we went there. But if you are trying to go into the city, it is a little out of the way. We enjoyed how quiet it was and close to what we were wanting to do. "
"Gracie Art Hotel was a very comfortable and convenient place to stay for my short visit to Beijing. It is located right on the edge of the 798 Art Zone which offers a lot, although it seemed like most attractions close pretty early and the lighting on the paths late at night is very dim. The staff was very helpful in checking me in and ordering cabs and finding late night food or drinks. Would recommend!"
