"I booked this hotel as it had a bar and restaurant. We arrived late and needed food. We were told the restaurant was privately booked so we weren’t allowed in there. I asked if we could get food to our room and they bluntly said no. The rooms look like girl guide cabins and if things couldn’t get worse, a load of kids stayed next door on a school sports trip and made so much noise I couldn’t sleep. Absolutely avoid this place and look closer to Gothenburg "

"Stunning rooms with beautiful views. The staff were all super helpful and lovely throughout and able to provide great recommendations when asked. The sauna facilities were excellent (beautifully designed and functional - truly 5 star) and the heated pool just fantastic. Both the waiting staff and chef were excellent at helping with options for a meal excluding my food allergies. Great location with the Tram stops outside to travel through the city.
