"Good location and good value for the money considering how expensive hotels are in Tokyo. Gym situation was very disappointing. It was not mentioned prior to booking that the gym had a $13 a day charge. This is very expensive considering how inexpensive food is in Tokyo. Gym is also small and not a full gym. Also worth noting while it didn’t affect me because I don’t have tattoos, if you do have tattoos you can’t enter the gym. Restaurants also close at certain times during the day or have no availability. Staff service was good and being this is close to the metro and good location makes it worth the money again considering how expensive hotels are in Tokyo."

"Customer service & rooms were great but the only down side was that our AC was not fully working which made our room warm. I tried to see if we could switch rooms but they were only able to offer us a fan. Other than that everything was great."

"The property is clean and convenient but the rooms are quite small. The bunk beds are not comfortable so the room is not suitable for 4 people. The front staff is really nice and cooperative. The facilities are quite basic though for the price "
