Private ocean access from the pool area offers a VIP experience to the ocean and beach activities. An additional shower is located at beach access for washing off sand on your return from the beach. Gas grill available for use by the club house. One assigned parking space is located under condo for renters. Redone (2024) tennis courts with pickleball court and shuffleboard.
