This sunny, mid-century home has 4 bedrooms and 2000+ sq feet on a single level making it ideal for families, seniors, and groups. The neighborhood is quiet, safe and nearby to restaurants, a movie theater and grocery stores. Not to mention just an 1hr from Orlando International Airport, Disney and all of Orlando's theme parks.

Picture a beautiful mid-century beach home, reimagined with a modern beach chic aesthetic. The whole home is painted in beautiful beachy colors with just a pop of fun. The decor is a lot beach, a little chic, and just a touch of glam.

The whole house and yard is yours to enjoy. The house is ranch style but has some small steps / level changes throughout as well as two steps to the front door.

You'll be completely autonomous. I'll make sure you have everything you need prior to arrival: wifi, door code, etc and provide a house manual with all of my favorite activities, restaurants, etc...

We provide you with beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, cooler, you need for the perfect beach vacation.

Please note that you are required to provide an accurate guest count in your reservation. While the house can accommodate many people there is an extra guest fee of $50 / per guest / per night after six guests. This helps keep costs low for smaller group but also cover the extra cost of cleaning, utilities, wear and tear, etc for bigger groups. You can adjust your reservation after you make it to add or remove guests.
