"The Goldhouse is just a 7 min walk to the Shin Osaka station. This station is a main hub with high speed rail access to Tokyo and other locations. The property is clean, quiet, and safe. The property has a washer with detergent and clothes hanger. The clothes easily dried in a day. The place comes with a stove, oven, refrigerator, and pots/pans along with dishes. "Everything was great. The Public Bath on the 13th floor was the main reason I booked and it did not disappoint. The only two things (and I’m American so Japanese wouldn’t mind these) was the pillow (Japanese style, so my neck was very stiff the next day) and the fact that the AC is not controlled in the room (I believe it is centrally controlled throughout the hotel). I prefer colder than “normal” temps when I sleep. I would, even with that, stay there again!"

"So happy I stayed here, at the Shin Osaka area. After a long trip to tokyo, then shinkansen to Osaka, ot was a relief that the nice hotel was in the terminal. Im used to trekking in 90° weather to a hotel thats 15 mins away. Recommend highly.. great staff too!!"
