This stylish yet relaxed rental property is perfect for families or a large group of friends! Offering three bedrooms and three and a half baths this townhome sits in the heart of downtown Saugatuck with views overlooking the channel and Saugatuck’s signature landmark, the renowned Mt. Baldhead. Featuring three floors of living space, Water Street Townhome 6 is the perfect space for group gatherings and is fully equipped with all the amenities necessary to ensure your stay is perfect. Two of the bedrooms have queen beds and private bathrooms while the 3rd bedroom also features a queen bed with a full bathroom located just down the hall. The large main floor family room also features a sleeper sofa available for additional guests. You’ll find the updated kitchen and dining room equipped with everything you need to feel right at home. In addition, this condo features two decks off the main level perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or an evening night cap. Water Street Townhome 6 is ideal for enjoying everything downtown Saugatuck has to offer as you are only steps away from all the shops, restaurants and boat docks. This unit comfortably sleeps 6 guests; if you’re traveling with a larger group please see our other rental- Water Street Townhome #7. These two sister properties are located next door to one another and feature identical layouts making them perfect for groups of 12.

Honestly, the place is so-so for the price. The furniture and carpet are stained; kitchen was not very well stocked. Sheets were thin, and beds were small.

Girls’ Weekend

Everything was as advertised. I appreciated knowing what basic supplies we could expect ahead of time. There was plenty of room for all three of us and it was a very comfortable space. The location is perfect!

Great spot in great location

We really enjoyed a family weekend in Saugatuck and the unit was nice for a family. Having parking included was pretty key since it gets busy in Saugatuck during summer.

A base for a family visit with our kids spread across W MI & Chicago

This condo is uniquely located outside the main road in Saugatuck with lots of traffic, but right next to the shopping, restaurant & waterfront areas. We always enjoy staying right in Saugatuck for all it has to offer. This year, I also took the Crank Ferry across the river and walked to Oval Beach and then down to the Kalamazoo River inlet along Lake Michigan - what a great walk, and really good birding. The unite is comfortable and offers a solid destination for us and for our kids.

Saugatuck June 2023

Overall, we had a great visit. The property was in good shape and perfect for our group. In addition to the check-in issues as well as the inability to control the HVAC, with which you are familiar, we have several suggestions for the owner: 1. Use top sheets that fit a Q bed....it appears that double bed sheets were used, and they were too small 2. Provide key pad access through the back door. By not having that, and needing to keep the outside door locked for security (plus there is a nice motorcycle stored in the garage), garage access was impossible and useless. We parked both cars on the street, which would be difficult no doubt during the busy season. Thank you, Rothman Family

Beautiful clean townhouse, great location, water view!

This is a beautiful townhouse in a great location. It is close enough to walk to everything. It is directly across from the Kalamazoo River, and it's main bedroom has a view of the River (there are trees in front, otherwise you would be able to see it from the living room deck). The townhouse has 3 bedrooms with 3 full baths, as well as a powder room on the main floor, which was very convenient. One thing to keep in mind, it is a 3 floor townhouse, so keep that in mind if stairs are a challenge. We went in early October, so street parking was no problem, but this townhouse does have a garage space and a space on the apron of the garage. I'm sure that is a must during the summer! We really liked this property and would absolutely stay here again.

Girls Getaway

The townhouse was perfect for our stay. Plenty of room. Nice to have three beds and three full baths. Easy walk to everything. Activities, restaurants and shops. Saugatuck is charming. The food was delicious at every place we chose. Good communication with our host. The cleanliness was 💯. Please add fireplace instructions to the welcome book.

Great stay, perfect location

This condo is in an awesome location. Just at the end of Water Street and the entertainment district area. Easy walk to everything. Marina and multiple waterfront restaurants/bars just across the street. Ample parking. Overall, great spot. Will stay again if possible on future visits!

Week at the beach

The property was very nice. Loved the location, right across the street from the Star of Saugatuck. Was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and the bathrooms were great. Just wish they would put a screen on the front sliding door, so could be opened without bugs coming in.

Great location

The location was amazing as it was in close proximity to the adorable shops/restaurants in Saugatuck. The condo was nice overall but a couple of the bathrooms needed updating. We weren’t left with trash bags, WiFi password, etc and the after hours line was for emergencies only. The screens were damaged and part of the microwave vent cover kept falls off. There was also debris under one of the beds which was concerning. Overall, a decent condo in a fantastic location!

The town home was right downtown, which is so convenient!

The town home is clean and extremely easy access. Currently, it is without a washer and dryer. However, it looked like they had new ones in the garage to install. Also, there are only two parking spaces. So, if you have more than two cars you will need to find parking on the street. I'm sure during non holiday weekends it is extremely easy to do so.

Did have a cabinet knob missing in kitchen. A little extra cleaning (ceiling fans)would be nice, but overall—-Great!
