Expensive hotel. Nice spa area. Nice garden. We found out room a bit damp. Breakfast was very high priced compared to quality. Eggs/omelets not included( cost 20€, not worth it). We had dinner at the Bistrot Loiseau du Morvan. Menu card quite small. High prices compared to quality. Overall: older hotel that could use some updating. Prices too High.

Quelques réglages a faire

Tres belle établissement, Petit dejeuner magnifique avec du personnel fantastique, gentil et compétent. Dommange qu'il faut encore payer un supplément pour certains plat alors que le prix du petit déjeuner est déjà élevé. Profitez du restaurant étoilé. Juste très déçu de l'organisation coté bistrot. Il nous placé dans une salle avec un groupe très bruyant, aucune excuse de la direction.

ホテルのレストランでの食事は必須でスパ用に水着の準備も

フランスグルメ紀行でこの五つ星ホテルを知り予約しました。最も安価なコンフォートルームに泊まりましたが、クラシックな部屋に最新の設備が整えてあり十分満足できます。バスタブのある浴室はトイレとは別になっているのも嬉しいです。どの部屋からも見える庭もなかなかで、是非散策して欲しいと思います。伝説のシェフであるロワゾー氏直伝の料理を食べるため、奮発して7料理のフルコースと料理に合わせる3杯のグラスワインにしました。今まで食べたフランス料理の概念を覆す素晴らしい美味しさでした。朝食も他のホテルとは一線を画していて、是非、バイキングで食べて欲しいと思います。併設されているスパも無料で利用できることを知らず、水着を準備していなかったので利用できず残念でした。水着を忘れないで下さい。

Overpromise and underdeliver for a 5-star

Announced as a 5-star hotel within a luxury restaurant environment, we awaited for an extraordinary experience at the best of what France could offer. Sadly enough, bathroom was insufficiently clean (hair in the tub), under equipped (no boiler nor coffee machine, can you imagine that) and lastly no restaurant availability for the hotel's guest. We could also add that desk service was very poor. One last comment: even if SPA is very well equipped, hotel's guest has to pay for an extra fee of 50€. It should have been announced before and local service was below par in comparison with similar SPAs across Europe. As a whole, we've been very disappointed by an overpromise and underdeliver case. For the budget contemplated of 315€ including SPA and excluding breakfast, better options are available. Though, consider SPA external fee for a relaxing afternoon while staying in a real 5-star hotel by 2019 standards.
