"The parking was a little difficult and due to road construction, finding it was difficult. We had to drive through and small alley which had furniture sitting in it. One elevator was out also, but all in all it was a good stay"

"Clean and quiet property in an older building next to the Soo museum and locks. Highly recommend. Good lobby with refreshments and friendly staff. Not all rooms have good views so be sure to request."

"The hotel was great. comfortable and clean. It did have a few minor flaws on the flooring and the out side siding. there is a big bump in the entry way off the road. If those were fixed it would have been excellant."

"Great stay for the 2nd time this year. Love the "big boats" and just the view in general. Very clean. The snacks and jelly were sweet! Had anything we needed. The host was very responsive, within minutes, of any question. Excited to book for next year!"
