Nestled in the serene hills of Rooi Koochi, this charming 4-bedroom home offers a luxurious escape with all the comforts you could dream of. Away from it all and surrounded by nature, this property provides the perfect balance of tranquility and adventure.

Inside the main house, you’ll find three beautifully appointed bedrooms. Bedroom 1 is furnished with a plush king-size bed, a smart TV, and its modern attached bathroom featuring both a sleek tub and a shower, adding a touch of indulgence to your stay.

Bedroom 2 features a cozy king-size bed and a wall-mounted flat screen smart TV. The third bedroom offers a cozy queen-size bed and is equipped with a smart TV for your entertainment.

The property features a unique layout with a private poolside apartment, Bedroom 4, that boasts a king-size bed, its own ensuite bathroom, and a smart TV, making it a perfect retreat for those seeking extra privacy.

The home is designed to make the most of Aruba’s warm, sunny climate. Large doors open to reveal a breathtaking tropical garden and a refreshing pool surrounded by lush greenery. Nearby, a BBQ grill and outdoor shower make poolside days even more enjoyable. A spacious outdoor dining table and comfortable seating areas invite you to relax under the stars or savor meals al fresco, while an indoor dining area is situated near the doors that offer views of the garden.

For those who love to cook, the fully equipped kitchen is ready to inspire, and a dedicated laundry room with a washer and dryer ensures your stay is as convenient as it is luxurious.

Just a short drive away, you’ll find Baby Beach, a haven of calm, crystal-clear waters, and the charming area of Savaneta, known for its local attractions and delightful dining. Experience the best snorkeling at Mangel Halto, where the waters are teeming with vibrant marine life. In Savaneta, enjoy local favorites like Zeerovers, a laid-back seafood spot where you can savor the catch of the day right by the water, or indulge in an upscale dining experience at the renowned Flying Fishbone, where you can dine with your feet in the sand.

CHECK-IN/ CHECK-OUT:
Check-in time is 4:00 PM.
Check-out time is 11:00 AM.
Earlier check-ins and later check-out can be requested 24 hours before and will be granted depending on availability. A surcharge may apply.

HOUSEKEEPING:
This is a self catering vacation home and as such you are expected to do your own shopping and regular cleaning. We do offer the option of daily or mid-stay, hotel-style cleaning services. This is an extra service and a surcharge applies. Start-up supplies are provided and will be restocked if you request our optional daily or mid-stay hotel-style cleaning service. We provide 1 set bath linen per person max occupancy; extra sets are available at a surcharge.



BEACH ESSENTIALS:
We provide beach chairs (6), beach towels and a cooler. We do not provide snorkeling equipment or umbrellas.

CONCIERGE SERVICE:
Our Guest Relations Team can assist with making arrangements for transportation, private chefs, yachts, and other vacation activities.
