We enjoyed our stay. Everything was as presented. The view and water access are wonderful. The location is convenient and our host kept us informed on local favorites and advised on travel. I recommend this place! We will stay here again!
Truly PARADISE. Very private and quiet, right on the ocean. Every amenity you could wish for and convenient to everything. We were able to walk to the food market, restaurants and explore the neighborhood. We felt very safe and the property manager, Fiar, was very accommodating and a pleasure to work with. We'd come back in a heartbeat!!!
Had a great stay at Peachy Beach villa. Beautiful location on the water. Snorkeling was good with variety of fish. Fiar was very helpful- great check in and out. We tried many of the suggested restaurants and enjoyed them all.
Second time here and would love to go back. If you are looking for someplace away from all the resorts and high rise hotels this is it. Very nice spot, very quiet, and a real feel for Aruba. Close to the smaller attractions, local food, and attractions.
What a beautiful location and the unit was clean and beautifully decorated. The property manager was very friendly and easy to reach. I would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful, private villa in a quiet area. Dan, the owner, was quick to reply to our communication and Fiar, the property manager, went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. We really enjoyed having a quiet mostly private beach (all beaches in Aruba are public) just steps from our villa. We would highly recommend this gem and hope to visit again.
We had such a fabulous week, we hated leaving today! This place was perfect for our family of four! The kids (age 8 & 10) and parents loved our morning and evening jumps off the dock! The little beach was great, sunsets are amazing, great snorkeling here as well. The house had everything we needed and Fiar was beyond great, very quick to respond with lots of good recommendations. We would definitely stay here again!
We had such an amazing time staying at staying at your place. Everything we needed for our stay was available . Check in staff was amazing and super friendly. I will be recommending your place to any friends and family that are looking to visit Aruba. I will definitely return to your place in the near future.
The house is adorable and perfectly appointed. The views, the hammock and the hospitality were fantastic. Fiar, the property manager, could not have been more helpful or friendly. He really made the experience turn key and smooth.
Our stay was amazing. Property manager Fiar was available with a smile for anything we needed and answered all of our questions. Dan was great to work with and made the entire process easy and seamless. Thank you peachy beach for a vacation we won't forget.
Best Vacation We’ve Had in a While! We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful beachfront property in Aruba! Everything about it was perfect — from the sparkling cleanliness to the incredibly easy check-in process. The location couldn’t be better — just steps from the beach, which made it so convenient to enjoy every moment by the water. We also appreciated the thoughtful extras like the paddle boards, kayaks, and floats — they really made our beach days even more fun and memorable. The hosts were attentive and responsive, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free.Truly one of the best vacations we’ve had in a long time. We’re already dreaming about coming back!
Loved loved loved the house. Dan and the peachy beach team are amazing. This is a rare waterfront villa that you won't find many of on the island. Highly recommend staying here!
This waterfront property is located away from a tourist area. Returning to a quiet and serene cottage after a busy beach trip and sightseeing was great. We loved frolicking at our own beach and having dinner on the patio while watching the sunset. Dan and Fiarlogene are fantastic hosts, and we enjoyed our stay very much. We look forward to our next visit. Thank you!
One of the few island rentals truly on the ocean. Comfortable indoor with exceptional outdoor spaces. We could walk out the door and be snorkeling immediately. Colorful fish just off shore and reef a short swim away. Host was very friendly and helpful. Quiet neighborhood, walking distance to Zeerovers. We can’t wait to come back!
The house is right on the beach at Savaneta, between Oranjestad and San Nicolas. Facilities are very good - kitchen & appliances, TV, wi-fi, beach access with outdoor showers. Everything you would expect. The local service folks are extremely accessible, friendly and helpful.
My husband and I enjoyed our stay here and hated having to leave! The property is well represented online and even better in person. The accommodations are well thought out and we really had everything we could possibly need. Communication from Dan was great and JJ was so nice and responsive! He was also so helpful when I left something behind and I am truly grateful for that! This quiet location right on the water is truly what vacation is about.
We absolutely loved our stay here. My significant other and I decided to do half the trip at this house and half at the resorts- we wish we did the whole thing there! The property is wonderful, there is amazing food within walking distance, and it is QUIET. JJ does a wonderful job being making sure you have everything you need. He will also give amazing recommendations.
Stay here, rent a car, and see everything on the island you can. You don’t need a resort-I promise!
Truly worth every cent. If you're looking to enjoy leisurely evenings away from the tourists, this is the spot.
Quick and easy check in and out. Another couple was staying on the property in the house next to us, but they were of like mind and did not want to make noise and be a bother. The siesta is real.
The snorkeling right in the back yard is great, Sea-Glass Island is a short kayak (provided by host) voyage away, and Zeerover is 5 houses down the road.
We're already looking into a return trip and stay.
Wes
The house was even nicer than than it looked online, and furnished with every convenience including snorkel masks. Beach is right out front. It’s a neighborhood-y neighborhood rather than a tourist place but there are convenient restaurants and stores within walking distance. If you rent a car, the whole island is accessible. Landlord Dan and property manager JJ are ideal hosts—accessible but not intrusive, and once we got to know them they took us out to snorkel the reef, which was a real treat. We would absolutely return!
I stayed at this property with my elderly mom and two kids (17 and 19), and we couldn't have been happier with our choice of accommodation. Entry into the ocean was easy for all. We loved exploring other beaches and returning to consistently conclude "ours" is the best. Honestly, event the snorkeling at the property's beach is amazing. We tried snorkeling at Mangel Halto, Arashi, Boca Catalina, Rogers, and Baby Beach, and only Baby Beach outperformed the beach right outside our door. It was super nice to have the kayaks for "island hopping." The outdoor space is wonderful to enjoy both during the day and in the evening. We especially loved the queen lounger! An excellent experience overall, especially if you prefer peace and quiet over the chaos further NW.
What a wonderful stay!!! We like to stay off the beaten path in Aruba, but we insist on a waterfront property. We normally seek out luxury villas, but wanted something simple and smaller for this trip. Peachy Beach had absolutely everything we needed and we were very happy here. The outdoor patio space is adorable and cozy with comfortable seating/dining options and the sound of the waves is just Devine. There is a pier next to the property that a few locals swim and fish from, and we didn’t at all feel as though it interfered with our privacy. The common area beach and loungers were lovely as well. The villa was nicely equipped with beach towels, linens, hand soap, body wash, and shampoo. There was even coffee grinds and filters stocked up for us along with a welcome bottle of wine and a couple of local beers. The beach chairs, coolers, floats and snorkel gear provided made our packing list a lot lighter too. Our property Manager Fiar was incredibly friendly and very responsive to any questions I had. The owner Dan was also very easy to contact and quick to respond to any requests. Great hosts! There was nothing missing from this adorable cottage. The king size mattress was VERY comfortable and the 3 AC units made it easy to keep the temperature super comfortable, although we mostly kept them off and let the ocean breeze come through the open doors. We would certainly rent this villa again and bring along some friends to rent the other 2 units on the property!
The Villa is very well maintained. The property owner stayed in constant contact. There is a gardener/property manager nearby if you need anything. I like that the property was off and away from downtown Orangestad and the tourist areas of the island. This made the experience feel more private and secluded. The water was choppy this time of year so snorkeling in the water was kind of hard. The only thing we didn't like were the locals. Aruba is a all public shoreline meaning that anyone can come onto your beach and hang out. The locals would come set up shop right behind the villa and smoke weed and play loud music all hours of the day. One group of them decided to take up residence at the community table which is the property of the owner. They then came into the patio and cut through to our stairs to move down the beach and harass more people. You could tell they did it on purpose and they did not want tourists on their island. Although we enjoyed the villa, we will not be coming back to Aruba for this reason. The big statement that Aruba is the friendliest island in the Caribbean is kinda BS. We had a much better experience in USVI and the beaches are private there. Nothing terrible, just word to the wise. You will have your privacy violated by the locals.
