If this were just a review of the apartment itself, it would be a 10! It was beautiful, and in a fantastic location! But… unfortunately, there are other considerations. On our first night when coming back from dinner, the elevator wasn’t working, and there are no internal stairs. The outside stairs led to locked doors. Their 24/7 help service is basically non existent, as we tried texting the number provided to get a reply that said that help service wasn’t working, and calling kept us on hold with no answer. It was well over an hour before someone answered and they were able to unlock a front door, at which point we truly thought we were going to have to find another hotel for the night without any of our things. The rest of the stay resulted in the elevator sometimes working and sometimes not, with a 24/7 help service that is not actually helpful, so we were never sure if we would be able to get to our room. For that reason, we cannot recommend staying here. The review right before ours from Karen worded the experience very well also! My recommendation to Kasa would be to have stairs available at all times to get up to the rooms since it seems the elevator malfunctions a decent amount.
