Centrally located in Savannah, we were able to walk to everywhere we wanted to go. Restaurants, shopping and the Riverwalk were all just a few blocks away. The room was like a studio apartment, nice & cozy for my wife and I. All at a reasonable price.

Very convenient location in the Historic Downtown. Trolley tours did pickup/return to our door for a good day of sightseeing. Use of the garage was a nice bonus!

Overall, the location in relation to the downtown area was perfect. We were a bit disappointed with the interior presentation of the apartment- broken blinds, soap left in shower from previous tenant, and scuff marks on walls. When we arrived the AC/Heating until was off, which made for a cold welcome in December.

Great location. Easy to get 'downtown' by walking, only 20min to the market square area by foot. Bikes would've made this location/stay a perfect 10/10 so bring some if you have some.

We had a wonderful stay! The cottage house was decorated very cute, the mattress was on the firmer side but was very comfortable. There was a very helpful and convenient screen on the wall full of recommendations of where to eat, maps and directions, and attractions around the area. We were able to walk pretty much everywhere we wanted to go. Would highly recommend!

We loved that the apartment had a digital board for all things about our stay, things to do and places around us - that was really cool I’ve never seen that before it was very handy. The place is also is a perfect location in downtown savannah, very close to everything we wanted to do. SUPER easy electronic access too.

The living environment was very clean, compact & functional. The convenience to all the venues we needed to attend was perfect. Exploring was fun. Shops, restaurants & historic architecture was wonderful. The room is so compact yet comfortable. Bathroom could use a vanity that has some flat space & some more rods & hooks for towels, robes & clothing.

The place was more spacious than expected. Overall it’s small and cozy! Not pristine in terms of cleanliness, but tidy and comfortable. The major star for this stay is the location!! Tucked away from the busiest areas, so it’s quiet. And a 5min walk from anything and everything in the historic district!! Would recommend for a party of 1-2!

Cozy and clean, had everything I needed. Lots of natural light, and a little balcony to sit in the sun and relax. Very walkable to local shops and restaurants, and even the riverfront if you are a moderately active person. The stairway going up is a bit long, but not steep and is carpeted.

We thouroughly enjoyed our stay. Its small but very accommodating. Close enough to walk to everything. If i had any suggestions it would be tidy up the little shared patio and maybe not run the ionizer(luckily i had some air freshener in my car to kill the smell) Maybe some form of plug-in would be better. The apartment was very clean. Check-in was a breeze and communication was top notch. If we visit savannah again we will probably try to get the same place. We stayed 5 nights and loved it.

After circling the block and blocks we finally found a parking spot on Liberty St. We read all the information about this property so we knew that this might happen. Later, after we checked in we called the property management and we’re pleasantly surprised that we could use the garage. We enjoyed our stay the property is well maintained and is in a great location. We will be back!

Great location for a convenient walk around the historic district. Small but has all the conveniences you need - kitchen, lounging space, and bed. Bed access might be tight for larger people but was fine for us. Most comfortable mattress of our whole trip so far. The inside was more attractively designed than the outside front stoop would lead you to expect. Front step area could use a bit of touch up. Owners kindly let us use the garage - a great help.

First off this property is clean, has a garage so you don''t need to find street parking and its in a location thats easy walking distance to popular attractions in downtown Savannah. The only things i would say that we not so good was the small freezer doesn't get cold enough to make ice, the street noice is noticeable during the latter hours and the main room doesnt get very dark due to the outside street lamps. However, overall its one of the better VRBO's I have used and the property management was very professional to work with. Highly recommend!

This property was perfect for my husband and I. We walked everywhere and had a blast. We loved the balcony. Our only complaint was the bed, it was awful. I saw reviews that the mattress was just replaced, but we both found there to be a huge indent in the center that we both just rolled into. If the mattress was recently replaced you’re going to want to invest in a new bed frame. This property is otherwise PERFECT for a couples getaway. The bed situation needs resolved though :(

Good location for walking. We could not find a fridge ice maker. The bed does not support 2 people. Mattress/box spring needs to be replaced. AC worked well. Owner communication was excellent and we appreciated being able to use the garage.

This was a very nice studio near downtown. Only complaint is the bed. The cheap memory foam mattress was way too soft. Once in bed, you basically sink in and it's nearly impossible to get comfortable. I spend 150+ nights a year in hotels for work, etc., and this was by far the most uncomfortable bed I've ever attempted to sleep in. Otherwise, the the property was great.

I feel this property was located in a great location. It suited our needs. I think it could use a few new blinds, maybe a potter by entrance door. A couple of rugs in bathroom. Definitely needs a better fridge. Worked ok. Wouldn’t freeze ice cubes. But just a sprucing up and it would be great. But it was quite and quaint. I would stay again. Hubby found no problems 😂😂😂 just a cute little place that needs a little make-up❤️
