Nice hotel, modern and clean. Friendly staff but very little English spoken. Scafati is an unattractive and scruffy suburb of Naples generally although the hotel is on a reasonable edge of the town (the very edge). Finding a decent restaurant (hotel only does breakfast)is a challenge although Che....Sapore (3 minutes drive away on same edge of town) is very good. If you stay here you need to drive everywhere and the road to Pompei through Scafati is a challenge given local driving styles (think some kind of computer game but for real !)

Great value for the money and lovely hosts

The place is simple, but very clean, modern and well kept. Our hosts were very attentive - we had an issue with our room, and they moved our luggage for us to a different room while we were away exploring. The location around the hotel is not very exciting, but the hotel is well positioned for taking day trips to Pompeii, Amalfi Coast, and other nearby attractions. There is also a pool, but we didn’t get to use it since we were gone most of the time and came back just to sleep. Great value for the money!

The hotel was a wee bit out of the way but the establishment was very clean and modern. The lady who greeted us (Mina) was sinply amazing. She even came in to work early the next day to make our breakfast extra early as we needed to leave early.

Klein hotel op goeie locatie, jammer geen engels

Hotel dicht bij Pompei, met zicht op Vesivius. We hadden het zwembad voor ons alleen. Hotel duidelijk nog in opbouw, werken aan de gang rond het zwembad. Geen Engels of Frans aan de receptie dus best wel moeilijk. Ontbijt moet op voorhand besteld worden en dan brengen ze het op de kamer.

Hotel America, Naples, Italy

The hotel is very nice and modern, the rooms are well equipped and clean (cleaned everyday). The staff are very friendly and are very accommodating, the receptionist did speak very good English, but you will need a phrase app to help out. Breakfast is basic but sets you up for the day. It’s location means it is easy to get to the main areas by road, although make this a factor if you don’t like driving in and around Naples. It can be a nightmare, if you are not used to Italian driving styles. Overall a very pleasant stay.

Hôtel très propre, et très bon accueil. Magnifique vue sur le Vésuve. Un peu loin du centre à pied. Idéal si on a une voiture.

We booked 2 rooms for 2 nights. We had the Las Vegas and Seattle rooms. The Hotel is very new, rooms are immaculate, we had a balcony with tables and chairs and a beautiful view of Vesuvius from our room, great for winding down at the end of the day. Staff was very nice, they took our breakfast order the night before and brought it to our room at the time we asked for. The only downside is that there is not too much in the immediate area and you have to drive to get to town but if you don't have a car the staff will happily drive you anywhere you need to go. We were very happy with the Hotel and we will definitely stay there again next time we are in Naples

Hotel pulito e confortevole. Relax assicurato

Struttura accogliente, pulita e confortevole. Personale gentile e disponibile. La stanza era veramente molto bella e pulita e i letti confortevoli. L'hotel si trova subito all'uscita dalla superstrada ed è posto in una zona molto tranquilla, perfetta per un soggiorno in completo relax, benché non distante dal centro di Scafati e dalla città di Pompei. Alcune stanze (ad esempio Las Vegas) hanno la vista proprio di fronte al Vesuvio. C'è un allevamento di oche che di notte starnazzano un po', ma non danno poi molto fastidio, considerando che si accende il climatizzatore e si chiudono gli infissi. C'è inoltre una bellissima piscina, molto curata e pulita. Parcheggio interno. La colazione viene servita direttamente in camera, scegliendo in anticipo ciò che si desidera tra brioche, cappuccino, caffè, succo di frutta ecc. Solo dolce comunque. Ci siamo trovati benissimo e se capiterà l'occasione di tornare da queste parti sceglieremo di nuovo e senza alcun dubbio questa struttura.

Great price and convenient location

Great location and close to Pompeii and Naples. Very clean overall and friendly staffs. It has a parking lot which is great when you have a rental car. Definitely will go back if we visit the area again.

Excellent location to visit the region..!!

Small, quiet, nice decor, friendly people and excellent location to move around the Naples, Sorrento Amalfi area. Located in a rural area close to Pompei. 10 minutes to Pompei, 30 minutes to Naples, one hour to Sorrento and hour and a half to Amalfi... for us was an excellent location to move around. Parking area, breakfast and WiFi were just fine and included in the service.
