Then hotel staff was very friendly at San Rocco. The area was very beautiful, reminded me of old Italy. I will definitely recommend this place for travelers.

Amazing short stay.

Checked in late evening and we were welcomed by a friendly receptionist who immediately showed us around the cosy hotel and our room. After entering our room, one of the first things we noticed was how clean and fresh the room was. Towels, slippers and toiletries were provided. The shower was spacious and of good pressure - just what we needed after spending a long day in Milan. The bed was very comfy and we had a restful sleep. A nice breakfast was included. The morning staff were extremely helpful and also booked us a last minute taxi for our journey back to Bergamo Airport. Overall a fantastic stay - thank you!

Excellent except for parking directions

We really enjoyed our one night stay. The room was very quiet, spacious, spotlessly clean, comfortable. All the staff we met were more than helpful, warm and friendly. The hotel is situated in a beautiful historical quarter of Scanzorsciato outside Bergamo. The only downside, and this is worth noting, the hotel is not straightforward to find and its parking isn't well advertised, either by the hotel in advance nor on arrival. The streets there are very narrow and one way so this was an inital stumbling block. In all other respects, it was perfect and we'd stay again.

Staff tried to be helpful, but confused our taxi request and was nice to offer a bag breakfast, but the bananas where old and croissants moldy. But was close to everything we needed, except Orio airport. Taxi was too expensive, but early on Sunday morning.

hôtel très bien situé pour visiter Bergame . Par contre pour déposer ses bagages,il faut savoir que la rue pavée est à sens unique et il n'y a pas d'aire de stationnement provisoire devant l'hôtel.D'autre part nous n'avons pas apprécié qu'on nous dise qu'il n'y avait pas d'ascenseur alors qu'il existe.

Location carina vicino alla struttura non c’è niente, per cui bisogna spostarsi a Bergamo. C’è stata assegnata una camera con bagno per disabili molto scomodo! Sembra fosse l’ultima camera disponibile.. avremmo preferito essere informati!

Charmant mais pas de Clim

Un très joli cadre et de belles chambres. Malheureusement tout ceci gâché par la Clim qui ne fonctionnait pas. Nous avons passé une nuit horrible avec le bruit de la Clim que nous pensions qu’elle ferait peut être ventilateur à minima. La température est montée à 30° alors qu’au milieu de la nuit dehors il faisait 21°. Le matin nous été bien reçu au petit déjeuner qui était très bon.

Super, le personnel est très gentil, attentionné et serviable. Très bonne formule petit déjeuner buffet (prenable en intérieur et extérieur)et parking gratuit. Hôtel très bien situé ,2 min de l'arrêt de bus(18 min pour le centre ville), pizzeria très bonne à 3min. Supermarché pas loin. Simple mais efficace. Je recommande.
