The building’s central location lets you start your vacation the moment you arrive. There is one parking space available behind the building for each apartment, as well as a bicycle parking area.

This fully renovated and modernized 2,5-room apartment, measuring 62 m², has been designed with great attention to detail and offers ideal accommodations for 2 adults and 2 children, located just 50 meters from the beach.


The spacious living area, featuring a comfortable couch and a round dining table for 4 people, is perfect for enjoying breakfast together. The kitchen, equipped with an oven, induction stove, dishwasher, and filter coffee maker, has everything you could ask for. On the east-facing balcony, you can quietly wind down the evening with a glass of wine or relax with a good book.


The master bedroom features a cozy box-spring bed (1.60 x 2.00 m) with a clothes rack. The second, smaller bedroom has a double bed (1.40 x 2.00 m) and offers additional sleeping space for two children.
The modernized bathroom, featuring a shower, toilet, bidet, and hair dryer, rounds out the amenities perfectly.

An outdoor parking space behind the house is available for your use. Bicycle parking is available only outside the house. Pets are not allowed in the apartment! Non-smoking apartment!
