"Voor aankomst appjes en sms’jes met vraag betaling te voldoen. Maar deze was al 1,5 week eerder door ons compleet voldaan. Verliep allemaal wat vaag. Locatie is goed en op zeer korte afstand is er een parkeergarage. In de wijk zitten supermarkt en lunchplekjes. Bij binnenkomst een hele smalle wenteltrap en een mini lift. Dit was voor ons oké, maar de trappenhal stonk wel erg bij binnenkomst, riool? Kamer is zoals op de foto’s! Sfeervol ingericht en een fijne keuken! Handdoeken 2 grote en 1...

"Very nice, spacious and cozy studio. 20 mins walking to the city centre but less than 5 mins to the wonderful central station. Lots of restaurants nearby. Nice garage to park the car across the street (15 euros a day). Very friendly staff, the lady was really flexible (thank you so much :) The only con was the shower drain which seemed to be blocked but overall it was excellent cost-benefit. "

"The studio apartment at Adagio served me well for 6 nights in Antwerp. The air conditioning was powerful and helpful in the warm weather. The studio was spacious and good value, and it was generally clean - particularly key areas like bed, bathroom (except older grout mould etc, hard to avoid) and kitchen. However, more care could have been taken in other spaces like the floor/rug and inside drawers and cupboards, as there were several hairs from previous guests. Unfortunately there was some light mould/mildew inside the water tank of the coffee machine, so I didn’t use it at all to be on the safe side. Adagio could be more generous with provided tea bags as well. They’re so cheap to provide, it’s stingy to only leave one or two for a 6-night stay. Other areas for improvement would be to make sure the studio is properly equipped from the beginning. I arrived and the provided shower gel was empty, there were no dish washer tabs (though there was a half empty mini washing up liquid) and no tea towel for the kitchen is given, so I had to use a bathroom hand towel. In the kitchen there was a dustpan with no brush, which is useless. Yes you can ask at reception for some things, like dish washer tabs, but essentials should be checked and given at the start - and staff were often absent at the times I passed through reception. The luggage room was helpful, but they didn’t give me a ticket, which other staff confirmed they should have. (Not secure practice otherwise.)"
