"This is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The room was very spacious, had everything you would need and a comfortable bed and was quiet. The facilities were good, next door to a lovely bakery and a mainline train station taking you directly to/from the airport is a 7 minute walk away along with other tram connections to other parts of the city, very easy to get around the city. The staff were very approachable, friendly and helpful. The room was very clean. Thank you for such an enjoyable stay, everything was positive and I can’t recommend this hotel enough! I will definitely be back. "

"Yes,. The Grand Chic was spot less. The staff was very helpful and no issues except in my itinerary it does show Buffet Breakfast was included,. With that the check in said it was not. Very concerning. We came in late from our flight and informing the hotel the driver was at the airport to take us to the Grand .Very impressed with the service. "
