"The room was good overall, and a great value compared to other places nearby. There are signs of age, particularly the TV that had big areas of burn-in on the screen. But it fell short of 5 stars because of the 2 things: the lights were all too harsh, too bright LEDs, and the linens had such a strong fragrance it kept waking me up."

"We loved this stay in Gualala. Great house with plenty of room, fully stocked kitchen, nice sun room for watching the waves. Great view from the primary bedroom. Large king size, comfortable bed with nice linens. The home was very clean, had a gate and was on a large lot so lots of privacy. The home is on Hwy 1 but we really didn’t hear the road noise. It wasn’t bad at all. Found a couple great beaches to walk and watch the waves and the birds. House is close to town to grab a nice dinner."
