"This was the second time we stayed at Shalimere. Beautiful views, an amazing porch, easy access to the beach. The house is perfect for those traveling far as it is well stocked with kitchen and house items. The first year we brought too much - just in case, and this we packed so much less. Look forward to our next visit here!"

"Celebrated my 65th Bday by walking the magnificent trail to the top of Point Arena Lighthouse and back from LPR. Once in a lifetime trip !!! The Resort pool was perfect temp for a swim afterwards. Well equipped clean 1 bed room suite, but dont count on using the sofa bed as it was too uncomfortable to sleep on unfortunately. Thank you so much for a lovely stay Lighthouse Pointe Resort !!!!-Sue and Dan"

"Charlie’s place is a perfect location for a peaceful retreat! My wife and I stayed here for a brief getaway after our wedding this place couldn’t be more perfect. The house is very thoughtfully designed and the location is fantastic with quick access to the ocean and forest. We will definitely be back soon!"

"Our room was so cozy and felt like being in a favorite aunt’s best guest room. The bed is a bit unwieldy in the room we were in (Evergreen) It’s very tall and the featherbed kind of sucks you into place and holds you there. However it was such a lovely stay and we will 100% be back. Do yourself a favor and get the muffins for breakfast with their excellent coffee drinks. We were thrilled."

"Great place with great views of the river and sea. The home is big inside. Much bigger than it appears from the outside. Easy location off Hwy 1. The kitchen had everything we needed. We’d stay here again for sure."
