"We stayed in the Adults ONLY Duval Gardens. We enjoyed the privacy and location on Duval Street. It was nice to have the option of the amenities at the resort for the different pools and beach access. Free breakfast too! We would stay here again. The room was clean, staff is friendly no beach view at the Duval Gardens but you are right on Duval Street where all the restaurants and shopping are. No phones either, staff was accessible through text."

"This review is on Room 15. Each room is very different from the next. Location of the room is perfect. Bed was comfy. Room was enough space for two people to be comfortably. Wish the pool stayed open beyond 8pm - would have enjoyed a swim after dinner - but this is not Bishop's fault, there is a law. Location of Bishop's is delightful. Close to Duval, but also tucked away. Small grocery store within a block or so, which was a bonus for beverages or if you want a cheap lunch in your room. Morning breakfast was just enough - fresh and a lovely variety. Staff was very friendly and work hard. We felt very welcomed. The one main thing I was disappointed in was the bathroom. Short people like me would struggle. The vanity is a kitchen cupboard base with a vessel bowl on top - basically to my arm pits. Marshall sticker prices left on shelving and the overall layout of towel holders was not very functional, etc. It was clean and served the purpose, but a bit of struggle to get ready efficiently. We had one issue with the floor grout coming loose in the tile and stabbing me in my foot - they cared and quickly made necessary repairs while we were out. If a 4.5 star rating was available, I would selected that. Side note: rent a golf cart - though walker friendly, it does make exploring the farther areas so much fun and easier."

"We stayed at the Marker for our anniversary in a Harbor View room. Room was very nice and we looked out over a marina and had a nice balcony to sit out and enjoy a glass of wine. Breakfast was good at the bar by the pool but not great. Staff very friendly and helpful. Good enough fitness room to get a decent workout in but no universal machines. Close enough to walk to just about anything you need. If you do stay in the Herbirview room be aware that the Schooner Bar across the path plays music til around 11 am or later each night and you can hear it from your room though it’s muffled. The first night we were there the band playing was way too loud and I could hear the words of the songs inside my room while the door was closed. But if you want a very nice hotel with 3 pools and attentive staff in a great location whilst having the Key West vibe all around you the Marker is very good. "

"There are no staff on site, only 1 person at the bar. All communication is through text messages. There was the base thumping from music next door until 2-3 each night. We sent a text to see if we could move. We received no response. We sent a follow up text the next day -no response.We were simply ignored for the remainder of the week, when we received a text telling us the checkout time was 10 AM and that the staff would be there soon after that to clean our room. It looked as though there is no little if any work presently being done to maintain the properties appearance."

"The staff are always so nice and great at looking after guests. They always go above and beyond. The rooms are always clean and fresh. Convenient location and close Duval without the noise. All my stays here have been wonderful!"
