Villa Rifugio (120 sqm) develops over one level (ground floor).

The living space includes a large lounge area furnished with sofas and TV, a dining area, and a modern, well-equipped kitchen. Additionally, there's a comfortable outdoor seating space, a barbecue, an outdoor shower, and on-site private parking.
