"We really appreciated the location of this home. It’s so close to the arts district, the capitol, museums, grocery stores, restaurants, and picturesque Monument Avenue. Having the parking lot onsite was super convenient. The bed was very comfortable. And Mei is the absolute best. She was very attentive, helpful, and kind. Highly recommend."

"This was the perfect spot, gorgeous and safe little neighborhood. The entrance was easy and key code on the door was very straightforward. The kitchen and bathroom were everything you would need for an extended stay. The air settings automatically adjust on entry to the space. The bed I slept on was very comfortable and the pillows were perfect (a big deal in my mind). I was solo but would be a great place to share with a small family or couple. As I was leaving for an evening out, I encountered the owner who was just downstairs. He was very pleasant and offered to help with anything should I need it. He also offered to provide recommendations for restaurants and things to do in the area. Very very nice experience overall. I can highly recommend without hesitation whatsoever!"

"House was very spacious and clean and good for large groups. Beds were comfortable.Negatives were location next to train tracks, parking alley was overgrown and unkept. Did not feel safe in this location. Hard to access due to other people parking poorly and narrow entrances. Lots of trash in front and behind other condos. No exterior photo should’ve been a red flag. Plastic chairs on front porch and one was broken. Water pressure in upstairs sinks were poor. No ice maker. Noise from next door was heard. We have have stayed in many VRBOs and the quality for the price does not match."
