Welcome to the Golf Course & Centrally Located 102 High Hammock Villa, a charming retreat nestled in the heart of Seabrook Island, SC. This cozy 1-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom villa offers a serene escape with stunning golf course views, perfect for a couple's getaway or a solo retreat.

The villa's second-floor deck provides a peaceful spot to enjoy your morning coffee while overlooking the lush greens of the golf course. Inside, the villa is tastefully decorated with a warm and inviting ambiance, featuring a comfortable King bed in the primary bedroom and an en-suite bath for added convenience.

The living area has a queen sleeper sofa and is equipped with a Smart TV, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring the island. Share meals in the dining area with seating for four. Also a great spot for family game or card night! Guests can also enjoy the convenience of in-unit laundry with a washer and dryer available. A powder bath is located on the first floor of the villa.

Amenity Cards are required to use the Seabrook Island Club and SIPOA Lake House facilities. This property includes access to the Club amenities: the Beach Club oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican's Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis. Additional fees are charged for all activities except outdoor pool usage. The Club Amenity Card also allows access to the Lake House facilities (outdoor pool/no fees; indoor pool/fitness center/fees apply). Amenity cards are arranged through the Seabrook Island Amenity office.

Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night up to 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.

Cancellation Policy:
For cancellation made up to 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee (60 days required for some larger homes).

For cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If we are able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest s under the terms of the Rental Agreement.

For monthly winter rentals the policy is as follows: For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee. For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest under the terms of the Rental Agreement.
