2932 Captain Sams Road
Gorgeous home, with single level open floor plan, vaulted ceilings, and plenty of room for 9! Nestled on a private, wooded lot it's the perfect Seabrook Island destination. You'll love the location close to the Lake House fitness center and outdoor pool, Racquet Club, and bike path to Freshfields Village. Just a short car or bike ride, ( 2.3 miles), and you'll be at the Seabrook Island Cub with outdoor pools, restaurants and golf courses. Along the way you will pass multiple boardwalks that will lead you to our spectacular beach where you can walk for 3.5 miles alongside the sparkling ocean.
Enter this home and notice how all the living space flows together. The entry has an inviting bench, shake off your shoes and leave your worries behind you! A large great room has two separate vignettes. The main room has comfy furniture and a 65" Smart TV. Just off the main room is a separate Nook. Two large chairs and an ottoman make the best reading spot. Head out the French doors to the back deck. The dining area has a large glass topped table with seating for 8. A wall of windows bring the beautiful views to your dinner table. The kitchen has a breakfast bar with stools. Stainless steel appliances, gas range, granite counters and custom cabinets. The kitchen is fully stocked for the most discerning chef! There is a Sun Room with three walls of windows and a sleeper sofa. A ceiling fan, desk, and 42" TV with Play Station make a great space for kids and adults!
This home has four bedrooms. The Primary bedroom has a King size bed, vaulted ceilings and a private bath. The bath has a soaking tub and walk-in tiled shower. A double quartz topped vanity allows ample space for you to store your toiletries. Two guest bedrooms are connected by a Jack n' Jill bathroom. Both of these bedrooms have queen beds. One of the bedrooms has a 32" wall mounted TV. The bathroom has a tub/shower combo and quartz topped vanity. The fourth bedroom is a perfect spot for the kids! This room has a full size bed and twin bunk beds. The full hall bath sits just off the kitchen and main living room. This bathroom has a walk-in shower. All three bathrooms have hair dryers for you to use.
A laundry room with full sized washer and dryer are available for you to use. On the back deck is a gas grill.

Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.
Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.
MAXIMUM number of passenger vehicles which may be parked during the overnight hours of 11 pm-7am, which require a gate pass: 4
The first gate pass is included in your stay. You must call our office if you require more than one gate pass
LSV (Low Speed Vehicle) RENTALS PERMITTED at this property. An LSV requires the use of one of the gate passes included in the maximum number of vehicles passes.
Requirements for LSVs
Must be registered and insured, have a 17-digit VIN and display an LSV license plate, display a valid SIPOA entry pass issued specifically to that vehicle. Drivers must have a valid driver s license. No off-road tires allowed
Usage Restrictions:
For street use only. No use on bicycle paths, walking paths, golf course cart paths, boardwalks, or beaches. Follow SIPOA vehicle and parking rules.
Safety Requirements: SC seat belt laws apply to all occupants. Child seats are a must. SIPOA officers and CCSO will stop vehicles with unsecured children
Amenity Cards are required to use the Seabrook Island Club and SIPOA Lake House facilities. This property includes access to the Club amenities: the Beach Club oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican's Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis. Additional fees are charged for all activities except outdoor pool usage. The Club Amenity Card also allows access to the Lake House facilities (outdoor pool/no fees; indoor pool/fitness center/fees apply). Amenity cards are arranged through the Seabrook Island Amenity office.
Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel more than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you receive your funds back, minus $250. If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival date, you lose your funds. If able to re-book it, you will receive what we rent it for, minus the $250. Feel free to ask any other questions you may have.
For monthly winter rentals the policy is as follows: For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee. For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest under the terms of the Rental Agreement.
