This stunning Salt Marsh Townhome has 3 bedrooms/3 bathrooms and sweeping views of the Bohicket River, tidal marsh and lazy lagoon. Salt Marsh sits behind a private gate, just outside the Seabrook Island main gate, offering its residents and guests access to their neighborhood community pool, putting green, and private dock - extending 300 feet across marsh to a tidal stream. Grab the kayak and experience the natural wonders of Seabrook Island from the water. Enjoy the sunsets on the dock in the evening. This lovely townhome is a short walk to the tennis center, Lake House pools and fitness center, equestrian center, restaurants, shopping, crabbing and kayaking! Seabrook's pristine beaches are a bike ride away, and bikes are a phone call away. Located one mile from Freshfields Village and a short bike ride to the Lake House.
You will be swept away the minute you open your front door. The first guest bedroom and hall bath are just inside the entry. This bedroom has a king bed, Roku TV and ceiling fan. There is a private entrance to the hall bathroom featuring a tub/shower combo. This property has a large living space open to catch the amazing views. Start with the kitchen area - stainless steel Bosch appliances, custom cabinetry and granite countertops. Even on vacation the chef in your family will be at home. The breakfast bar, and its three stools, separate the kitchen and dining room. a dining table for 6 makes the perfect family gathering spot. Discuss the days plans over breakfast or relive the day's highlights over dinner. The living area is filled with comfy furniture to relax in! The sofa, sofa bed loveseat, desk and reading area provide plenty of seating for the entire family. A large Smart TV and DVD player, with multiple disc selections, create a great entertainment space. For the scenic lovers, head out to the screened in porch. There is a table with seating for four and a cute relaxing seating area for two. Watch the breathtaking sunsets, marvel at the tidal marsh, and breath in the salt air.
Head upstairs to the laundry, bunk room and master bedroom. The laundry has a full size front loading Maytag washer and dryer. A bunk room with two twin beds and twin day bed with trundle make the perfect kid zone! Plenty of entertainment can be had with the Flex TV and DVD player. There is a private guest bath for this room with a tub/shower combo. The second floor is also home to the master suite. Two walls of windows bring the beauty of the low country to your bedside. Sweeping views of the Bohicket River, Cherry Point Shrimp Dock and beyond are just outside the glass. The master has a king bed with USB charging ports, ceiling fan, Roku TV, desk and large walk-in closet. The private en-suite bath features a Jacuzzi tub, dual vanity and walk-in shower. Wake to the morning sun, relax watching the sunset and fall asleep to a sky full of twinkling stars.
The specialized work-from-home features to ease the ability to work remotely. Access has been provided to the 3 stop elevator - garage to second floor. There is a propane gas grill on back deck. The TV has YouTubeTV.
This property has a dedicated rental 6-seater LSV available for guests to rent thru Lightning Bugz via an app. (Instructions on the cart itself. ) All LSV questions to be directed to Lightning Bugz only. This LSV possesses one of the available gate passes allowed for this unit, and its gate pass fee is included in the cost of the reservation.

This property was one of the best we’ve stayed at on Seabrook. It was clean and spacious. The views were amazing! We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. We would love to rent this beautiful home again!
We loved this property so much and have already inquired about coming back next summer. The house is beautiful and the beds are all super comfy. The kitchen is well appointed as well! Our teenagers fished off the dock, biked all over the place, golfed, and had a great time. So did the grown-ups! We love Seabrook and this house!
Wonderful property for our group of 4 adults and 4 children. The house was clean, well-appointed and bedding was very comfortable. We loved watching the sunset from the back deck and walking down the dock. The location on the salt marsh was peaceful and perfect for us. We could walk to the pools and playground, birdwatch around the lake and bike to several different beach access points. We even biked to Kiawah Island beach, the grocery store and restaurants. Even if you aren’t as active as our group, this is still a great place to stay. It has an elevator for the mobility-impaired and easy access to all the highlights of Seabrook Island.
This is one of the best rentals we have ever stayed at. The house was super clean and in addition to the kayak, there were also a number of beach items to use as well. Kids loved the elevator and it was extremely convenient to bring in the luggage and then groceries. As you can see in the pictures, the best view is out the master window, but the second best is on the screened in porch. You could sit there for a couple hours every night seeing the bird life as the sun slowly sinks and the tide comes in. Plenty of room in every bedroom and each having their own bathroom is a huge plus. Highly recommend this property, no notes.
Wonderfully appointed, comfortable and luxurious house with a gorgeous view of the marshes out the living room/back deck. Amazing comforts (including an elevator) and extremely quiet with interesting bird life viewed from every window...
Awesome spot with beautiful sunsets. Great lawn area to play and a crabbing dock. Pool was fine, a little construction going on but not awful. Condo was perfect and had everything you need.
"The Beach House" was a fantastic get-a-way for my family of 3. This home was well-furnished and has a spectacular view of the salt marsh from the back deck and master bedroom. Just off the porch steps is a dock that takes you to a beautiful deck further out in the salt marsh. We enjoyed many sunsets there. Excellent opportunity for kayaking here as well. Perhaps the home's best feature is your own private elevator. After parking in the garage below, you can load your gear and take it to the main level and upper level. The kitchen is also very well appointed and has everything one needs to cook a fantastic meal. One bit of advice when booking, call Coastal Getaways of SC directly and save yourself the VRBO booking fee. We definitely hope to stay here again when we're back in the area.
