We rented this property for the roof top hot tub. I specifically, asked the Host if the hot tub was up and running. He assured me that it was. The photo of the hot tub is obviously, when it was new. The cover was ripped, only one side of the tub had jets that were slightly functional. It smelled and had sand in the bottom. When I contacted the host regarding this, I was told their vacuum was broken and that they ordered a new one. They did send a staff member over to test the water and supposedly clean the tub. We tried to use the tub but, it still had sand in the bottom. It was gross and not relaxing. We only went in once. The new vacuum did arrive and I brought it into the foyer. However, no one came back to use it. The house itself, smelled musty and dirty. I had to wipe everything down. From light switches, door handles, remotes, bathrooms and the kitchen. Everything was sticky. The floors were in need of a good steam cleaning. The mattresses were coil, very cheap.It was equivalent to lying in a hammock. The water in the upstairs bathroom sink and shower were slow to drain. Things were broken. The toilet seat was loose, the toilet paper holder was loose and falling over, the shower buddy was broken as well, and light bulbs were out over the mirror. The WiFi and internet were turned off at midnight. Due to the bill not being paid. They had to send someone to install a new router. This property is listed as exceptional, and it is, at that! Exceptionally, disappointing!
