This was a very clean motel. I stayed for over a week while awaiting my permanent home to be made ready to move in. The front desk gentleman was extremely nice. Please note that there is no elevator here. I was not pleased with the frequency of the housekeeping service. They only service once weekly which is not enough for the emptying of trash and the replenishment of toiletries and towels. I ended up buying my own toilet paper and in over 1 week stay, my trash was never emptied and accumulated. I also had the upgraded room with sink and full stove; however, there were no utensils, pots, pans, or any other implements to be able to use the upgraded features. Lastly, the walls are very thin and you can here every activity of your neighbors. The area was safe and convenient and off the road so the roadway noise was not bad. This would be a good option for those in-between homes or looking for affordable accommodations in the area. I would consider staying again if the housekeeping was bolstered.

For the most part, my stay there was great room was good. Staff was courteous. A lot was clean, reasonable pricing centrally located. Can’t really say a lot of negative things about the location except for when I left they refuse to refund my security deposit claiming there was a missing hairdryer, which was underneath the bathroom sink when I left since I do not have the need for a hairdryer as I am bold, I put it under the sink instead of taking up counter. Space I relay this information to them over the phone. They still refuse to refund my deposit stating they did not see it, and they claim to be in the room looking.

There's no heat in the room they gave me and there is no window covering for the window in the bathroom. The guy in the office wouldn't do anything about it. People drinking out in the parking lot during the quiet time, nothing done about that.

It vexes me to leave negative reviews. In fact, I thought about it and waited almost a week before I came to the conclusion that I needed to provide honest feedback. I came for a one-night stay, and usually choose budget-friendly motels without much problem. I was offered (and chose) a second-floor room. As soon as I entered, my eyes, nose, and throat immediately began to sting due to some kind of very strong cleaning agent (I assume) causing fumes. I thought about asking for a different room but thought I might just run into the same issue if it was indeed a cleaning agent. I immediately opened the door and windows and turned on the fan. The smell emitting from the fan was pretty horrid in itself. I elected to go ahead and spend the night, but felt like I couldn't leave windows or the door open for long, as there were people smoking right outside of their rooms (ashtrays were sitting on top of the A/C units outside of the rooms). The queen bed wasn't actually too uncomfortable for a cot-type style, but there were only two very thin pillows available. When I came home, I had to wash my clothes as the strong smell had permeated everything. Upon checkout, I was not asked how my stay was, nor did I offer up to share my experience at the time. I would definitely not recommend this hotel, even though I think they are trying to make improvements (they were working on painting the outside when I arrived ). Thank you for hearing me out.

Not at All "Best," but Probably Worst

No deadbolt on the door! Security very questionable. Sketchy neighborhood. Overall, not at all a recommended motel, and staff were unhelpful and defensive. When I asked for a different room, that was refused. Avoid!
