Perfect for our over night layover. The staff was an extraordinary delight, helping us with our overlooked travel needs! Walkable restaurants in this revitalized area and easy to find. Our room was the cleanest room of our entire cross country trip.

For the rate I was expecting a lowdown rental but this place was well kept up and I think they are a personal owners of the property and they cared for every room and it was up to date and I would definitely stay there again next time I come back

When I first came, it was after 9 PM, and I saw that the office was closed, or so I thought. I was about to call to see if anyone was still awake, and then the owner is kind enough to let me in and check me in. It was one of the most amazing stays EVER! Everything was clean, the owners were absolutely divine and kind and helpful, and I felt like I was at home! Their hospitality made me feel safe, and I 1,000,000% recommend this place! Not only are the rates amazing, but just the environment is wonderful! The bed was super comfortable, the shower was amazing, and me coming from hot Texas (native Washington, but living in Texas for four years now), I’m used to sleeping with the AC running, and it worked very well, and helped me sleep very profoundly! THANK YOU so much! I will most definitely be coming back here!

This is a very basic place to stay at a very reasonable price. The important points Arte that the rooms are very very clean. The bathroom. super clean. The staff, excellent. Sarah and Mike were both helpful and friendly. I had a big pick-up truck (rental) and Sarah gave me her parking spot to kept out of the way and safe. I was visiting a family member just up the street at a retirement home so this was convenient and I would stay there again. I am well traveled internationally and stay at top hotels but for convenience to location where I was visiting for three days /two nights this worked well. I would recommend it to anyone wanting a clean and friendly place to stay with no frills, however you cannot put a rice on good people (the staff) and a clean room. Value for money in a world where value is hard to find.......and if you are on a budget, and location is important this will do you nicely.

This is a clastic motor lodge that was recently remodeled in 2023. The rooms are super clean and tech friendly. All new windows reduce street noise . For the price it’s the best

I had a very pleasant stay. The room was clean and quiet, and the staff was courteous. The temperature of the room was adjustable. A grocery store, restaurants, and bus stops were within easy walking distance. The staff gave me a firm pillow, after I mentioned that the ones on the bed were too squishy.

This is a gem. Very clean, easy and safe parking, a good t.v. and a bathtub with plenty of hot water. My husband had to stay overnight at the nearby hospital and I was so happy to find K and E Motel, so much so that we came back the next night to stay when he was released. The staff was great too!
