The lobby is both contemporary and cozy. The front desk staff was very friendly, helpful and professional. Our room was lovely and comfortable with the best shower we’ve found in a hotel. The food in the attached restaurant was delicious and we loved the added perk of the complimentary wine reception with a live musician in the lobby.

Solo traveler, LOVED the convenience the hotel offered with room service, restaurant on site and even a hosted free wine tasting HH esp after a rough travel start. The location was perfect, walkable to Pike place, the water front and loads of dining and treat options. Target is also just an 8 min walk for essentials! Staff was super nice and accommodating and the remote curtains was a must I didn’t know I needed with being able to remotely close and cave it up or enjoy the natural light!

This hotel was central to great tourist attractions, shopping, restaurants, and the great public transportation system that Seattle has to offer. My husband and I were 5-7 minutes walking to the Pike market, waterfront, and great restaurants. We were 3 minutes away from the train station which made it easy and cheap to travel from and to the airport. Overall great location and very nice hotel!

Beautiful hotel, room is very spacious! Bd is comfortable and very personal. They congratulated us with our anniversary by leaving chocolates and champagne! Very thoughtful! They provided us with bathroom amenities which we forgot to bring. Definitely needs to rules for housekeeping. Two rooms checked out at 7am in the morning and the cleaning started at 7:30 which didn’t give us any sleep time, where the checkout is at 12pm. The bathroom doesn’t have enough light for makeup at all, it would be nice if they could change that. But overall we enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

It’s a lovely redone fresh hotel on the inside, outside is not much to look at. Staff were nice. I give it a 3.5 because bed and pillows are on the hard side, some people will like that. Noise traveled thru walls and doors slam loudly. Great view of a wall with a sliver of sky to be seen. For me it was way overpriced for what it is, places I prefer over it but it’s not a bad place.

The location is great. The room itself was a suite and was not good. It connected to the next suite via a door. The door had an inch of clearance between its bottom and the floor. We could hear every conversation our neighbors had. The television had no network connectivity or casting capability. The guide was broken the whole time. Just not what we expected for the price. Felt closer to a motel than a Hilton.
