We really enjoyed the home. The layout was comfortable. The view of out the upstairs window was great. Our teens enjoyed hanging out in their own area downstairs. We were able to easily get around the area and enjoyed many good restaurants in walking distance.

Nice house and great location

We wanted to take our son to all the Seattle sites. This house was in a perfect location to get to downtown, woodland park zoo and Fremont. It is right in the heart of Seattle and has a terrific view of the Ballard locks. Nice little house that is well appointed. If your doing the seattle sites, this is a great spot!

Perfect Location!

Beautiful modern home in a perfect location that was close to the city's main attractions as well as restaurants and grocery stores. Easy access on and off major freeways. Our kids LOVED the zoo and it was just a few minutes away. It was very spacious for us and clean. If in Seattle again, definitely will rent this place again. It'll be our home away from home. Thanks for allowing us to stay there!

Perfect location. Came out from Georgia. Easy access to everything downtown and everything in the lake union area. I did some Geocaching after hours and this was paradise. Plenty of room, clean house, washer &dryer, easy access, quiet neighborhood- all perfect thank you

We stayed here before our cruise. It was a great location! It gave us room to visit with family over pizza before we left. Turnkey was AWSOME! They answered any questions right away. Thank you for sharing your home with us! The elevator was very helpful for my parents and older family.

Nice House

The house is as described. Nice views from the living room to the west toward the Olympics, good sunset views. We enjoyed the entertainment area downstairs. Fremont and Ballard neighborhoods nearby had lots of dining and brewpub options. Street in front of house is pretty steep, which is why there are good views.

Phinney Ridge home

What an excellent property! It was warm, livable, and well suited for adults alone or a family. It had spectacular views of the Olympic Peninsula, Ballard and more. We rented the house for our son and his family. They could walk to the zoo, parks, and more. There are buses nearby that go downtown and into Ballard. I would definitely rent again.
