The Space:

Just minutes from Northgate Station and I-5, you’ll have quick access to downtown Seattle, the University of Washington, Green Lake, and more. Walk to nearby parks, golf courses, restaurants, and shopping—including the updated Northgate Mall and Kraken Iceplex.

2. Light Rail: Seattle's Link Light Rail connects the downtown area with the University of Washington, Sea-Tac Airport, and other neighborhoods. It's a convenient and affordable option for traveling longer distances.



3. Buses: King County Metro buses serve the entire city and offer an extensive network of routes. You can use the OneBusAway app or the Transit app to check schedules, plan your trip, and track bus arrivals in real-time.

Prior to your departure, please tidy up the property by doing the following:

Remove all perishable items

Take out the trash

Load and start the dishwasher

Strip linens from all used beds

Place all used linens and towels in a pile

Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances

Close and lock all windows and doors

Additional fees will be imposed if the property is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

No events, parties, or large gatherings

Must be at least 25 years old to book

Please report any damages that occur to both the Guest Contact and Evolve

There is another bookable vacation rental unit on-site; other travelers may be present during your stay at the other seperated unit

The property requires a small mini step to enter



Parking for 1 vehicle on the driveway and free street parking is easy to find (please read the street sign for parking)



Available by the app or can call For reservations longer than two weeks, we provide approximately two weeks' worth of supplies such as toilet paper and paper towels. If your stay exceeds two weeks, you will need to purchase additional supplies yourself. For monthly stays, we charge for actual utility usage and request a deposit of $150-350.
