Great place to spend three days with my adult kids. Walkability a plus. Wish weather had allowed roof patio, but townhouse was very comfortable and well equipped.
This place was awesome! Very roomy and large enough for everyone. The rooftop deck was so cool and a perfect place to hang at the end of the night and look at the Space Needle.

Our family stayed here pre-cruise for 2 days. The location was great, parking on site, and enough space for everyone. The home was as pictured, very clean, and a great space to regroup after a day of site seeing. I would highly recommend and would stay here again if I travel back to Seattle.Only slightly negative comment. There are very little kitchen staples, like sugar and such. We weren't there long enough to consider buying, and not sure if it would be left for the next guest. We made it work by visiting a local coffee shop.
My great nieces and I stayed for a week and enjoyed it thoroughly. It was a challenge finding a 3-bedroom place in a good location, but this one was perfect. We walked to the Space Needle and Climate Pledge Arena, Metropolitan Market, good Thai and Vietnamese restaurants, CVS, good used bookstore and took Lyft elsewhere. It is a quiet neighborhood with friendly folks walking their dogs. The townhouse is well furnished, including an espresso maker, which we all enjoyed each morning. Marie is an excellent host and replied promptly to all my questions. Highly recommended!
We had a great time at the Queen Anne townhouse! The property is very clean and comfortable and located in a great part of town. We had 3 couples and found our rooms to be moderately sized and accommodating. The townhouse was equipped with everything we needed to make a few meals. Our communication with the owner about a few minor issues were handled promptly and efficiently! Note that this property is multi level with bedrooms and bathrooms up several stairs. Not a problem for us but maybe an issue for some. There are grocery stores, bars and restaurants within walking distance and close access to public transportation.Would recommend this stay!
The townhouse was lovely, comfortable, and exactly as described and pictured. We didn’t have a car, but since we were lucky to have beautiful weather, we just walked everywhere; about five minutes to Safeway, 15-20 minutes to the Space Needle, and about half an hour to Pike Place. We had no trouble getting an Uber from the airport to the townhouse, nor any trouble getting one to return to the airport, so I’m sure had we wanted one for sightseeing, it would have also been no problem.With one bedroom/bathroom on the 2nd floor, the other 2 bedrooms and a bathroom on the third floor, and the great rooftop deck one more flight up from there, we got LOTS of cardio in! LOLMarie was a dream to work with, always responding very quickly to any questions.
Stayed here for 3 nights and really enjoyed our stay. Location is great, and walking to City attractions was easy and quick. Unit was clean, beds were comfortable, and the bedrooms had portable AC's which we used in the rare heat Seattle see's. Would stay here again if we are ever in Seattle City area. We did have a GMC Yukon which would NOT fit in the garage, so make sure you have a smaller vehicle if you plan on utilizing the parking garage, no long term street parking is allowed, and most lots nearby are short term, or do not allow in/out. We found a local hotel that had a garage where we could rent a space large enough for our rental, and was a short walk. The listing had a pic of the clearance and we were aware of ahead of time (not owners fault), but our rental Co. didn't have anything smaller for us, so we had to try with what we had.
We were in town celebrating a wedding with our West Coast Family. This condo was a super resting spot before returning to East Coast. The main floor has an open concept combining living rm, dining area and well equipped kitchen. There is a small outdoor sitting area off the back of the 1st floor. The second floor has a roomy bathroom with lots of soft white towels. Also on the second floor is a bedroom with a comfortable queen size bed and room air conditioner. Climb to the 3rd floor and there are two bedrooms each with a comfortable queen size bed and room air conditioners. Climb to the 4th floor and there is a furnished roof top deck. Because street parking can be difficult to find, we deeply appreciated the parking space in the garage right under the unit. There is secure access to the unit thru the garage.

Marie was very responsive when I messaged about anything, the house was visibly clean and smelled clean upon arrival. Plenty of space for my family, great placement in town close to so many things; never heard a peep from the neighbors which is amazing considering it was a multiplex unit. Overall amazing, I would stay again in a heartbeat!
We stayed her for our daughters wedding and it worked perfectly. It was clean and ready ahead of time for us! The parking spot is the best in the building… the AC and in room fans were great as the weather warmed up during the weekend. We would recommend!
This was a beautiful (temporary) home for my family before leaving on a cruise from Pier 91. We were there during Heat Advisories popping up on our phones, so it we were relieved that (in addition to the heat available) there were air conditioning units in each of the bedrooms! Excellent!The home was beautiful and Marie was very communicative!Tip: Just a few blocks away there is a beautiful view from the Kerry Park lookout... if you have a chance make the trek! (Or take a Lyft there and walk "home" after - that way is all downhill!)
