Short walk to Sportsman's Kitchen and Keg Restaurant. Twenty minute drive to Sebago Lake State Park, thirty minute drive to Portland and fifty minutes to North Conway, NH. Endless things to do in all four seasons. Beach access is a five minute walk. Canoe or kayak put in is just a minute or two.
