Pippa's Place Sebastopol - Walking Distance to Barlow!

Welcome to Pippa's Place, a beautifully appointed cottage in the heart of Sebastopol, CA. Built in 1936, it exudes old world charm yet has all the modern amenities for a comfortable stay. Steps from the Barlow and dozens of renown restaurants, breweries, wine rooms, and shopping boutiques, endless indulging awaits. Sebastopol is the perfect destination for a weekend retreat in immediate proximity to world class wine tasting, Bodega Bay, the Russian River, and many more adventures.

Pippa's Place is the perfect getaway for a family or group of friends.

The master room upstairs has a California king bed, ample closet space and a newly renovated ensuite bathroom.

The second room upstairs has a king bed and a makeup nook with a sink, perfect to get ready before a day of wine tasting. The second bathroom is in the hall, right outside the room.

The third room is downstairs and features a full bunk bed. This room is great for kids or can even sleep two couples.

Also downstairs, you will find a fully stocked and renovated kitchen adjoined to the dining room, a living room with a comfortable couch & 75" HDTV, and the third bathroom.

The main driveway has a Tesla charger with EV attachments to charge your EV. The garage can be used to store items and access the courtyard. The outdoor courtyard features lounge seating, a fire pit, and a BBQ.

Pippa's Place has one of the best locations in town. Less than a block walk to Hopmonk to enjoy the beer garden and live music / shows. The Joe Rodota Trail offers a scenic path for a morning walk or bike excursion to Russian River AVA wineries. Another block further takes you to the town square and the Barlow, where you can enjoy worldclass restaurants, wineries, breweries, boutique shopping, weekly farmers market, yoga & wellness, a movie theater and much more.

Please note that our short term rental permit does come with some rules from the city, including:
- Quiet hours from 10PM to 7AM
- 6 occupants max
- 3 cars max. Please do not park in front of neighbors’ homes
