**Please note that this stay is located on the ground level, beneath one of our other casitas. We are very mindful of everyone’s peace and tranquility and have done our utmost to ensure quietness in each space. While there is insulation between the casitas to help reduce noise, as this is a historic building, you may occasionally hear footsteps from the studio above if it is occupied. This has not been an issue for past guests, but we like to share this for full transparency.

There is on-site parking available for guests, along with an additional overflow lot if needed.

Our pool is 100% solar heated, maintaining a temperature of 75-85°F from late Spring (April) through Fall (October). Early Spring and Fall, the temperature remains between 60-70°F. During the other months, the pool offers a refreshing, cooler plunge, ideal after a sauna session.



2) Deluxe Hydrotherapy Hot Tub:

Located on an adjacent terrace overlooking Thunder Mountain, Coffee Pot, Sphinx, this hydrotherapy hot tub is designed to target specific muscle groups while offering a stunning vantage point to take in Sedona’s beauty and the incredible stars at night

Italian porcelain-tiled and infused with eucalyptus, this commercial-grade steam room offers a deeply soothing and restorative experience.

With two-tiered seating, you can choose your ideal heat level, whether you prefer a gentle warmth or a more intense session. 5) Private Trail Access: Explore a treasure trove of 15+ hikes and trails directly from the property (no driving needed), offering a truly unique way to experience Sedona’s landscape. Spa Hours:

*Aromatherapy Steam Room: Available from 4 pm to midnight.



These serene spaces may be shared with a very small number of guests, yet still offer ample room to relax with unobstructed red rock views, with minimal overlap.

Rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are available, along with local taxi options. An EV charging station is located just a 2 to 3-minute drive from the property for added convenience.
