Many visitors love Oak Creek for its relaxed atmosphere, breathtaking red rock views, and access to some of Sedona’s most famous hikes and the beloved Oak Creek swimming holes

This property is a 15 min drive to Baldwin Trailhead which takes you to the beautiful Buddha Beach/Red Rock Crossing.
Rental Rules
Smoking is allowed outside only. Please pick up after yourself and place all butts in a safe receptacle. Ensuring all fire has been smothered.
Only the Guest and his/her party may stay overnight in the Property. Any other person in the Property is the sole responsibility of Guest. Guest is not allowed to exceed the occupancy limit agreed to above.
The Owner is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illness that occurs while on the Property. The Owner is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the Guest. It is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the Property or others whom they invite to use the Property.
Guest shall keep the Property and all furnishings in good order
Guest shall only use appliances for their intended uses
Pets are allowed prior approval was given by the owners
There is no daily housekeeping service. However, the home will be cleaned before and after your stay. For stays longer than 3 weeks we request guest to have home cleaned at additional cleaning fee.
Guest shall maintain the Property clean and free of accumulations of garbage and rubbish at all times. Any garbage must be stowed in the proper garbage or recycling receptacle, located at the side of the Property.
Guest shall refrain, and ensure his/her guest and invitees refrain from any conduct which a reasonable person would deem likely to annoy or disturb other residents nearby. The owner does not provide insurance coverage to guests. Guest is solely responsible for securing such insurance, including ensuring the personal property, as he/she deems prudent.
Guests shall not use barbecues, grills, or other outdoor cooking equipment indoors, or use them outdoors in such a way as to create a fire hazard or substantial risk of damage to the Property or common areas.
Guest shall notify the Owner of any necessary repairs to the Property as soon after the discovery thereof as possible. Guests shall not make maintenance requests of maintenance personnel or workmen. Guest shall make no modifications or alterations to the Property without the prior written consent of the Owner.
Check-in at 3 PM and Check-out is at 10 AM. Due to many guests not leaving the property on time and increased demand on quick turns/same-day check-ins, we will start charging you $20 per 15 minutes after that unless prior authorization has been obtained.
