The second bedroom has a queen bed, closet and shared bathroom. The den includes a queen sleeper sofa. The open concept living room features beautiful red rock views. The fully equipped kitchen, dining area and outdoor patio has everything you need to entertain and enjoy home cooked meals. Enjoy WiFi, cable TV, washer and dryer in the unit, two car garage, and bike storage. Please note: No fires are permitted in the indoor fireplace. We do have an outdoor propane fire pit for guest enjoyment. Our HOA requires guest to complete a Vacation Rental Agreement.
