Welcome to Canyon Mesa Country Club

A single level corner unit at the foot of Bell Rock, inside the gates of Canyon Mesa Country Club in the Village of Oak Creek.

The home was taken down to the studs and rebuilt in 2024. The floors, kitchen, bathrooms and deck are all new. There are no stairs anywhere, and no neighbors above or below. Walk out the front door and the clubhouse, pool, spa, tennis and pickleball courts are directly in front of you.

THE SPACE

Living Area: Twelve foot ceilings and a wall of glass, with sliding doors straight onto the deck. A stone hearth anchors one end of the room and a large Navajo weaving hangs opposite. The hillside sits in view straight ahead.

Kitchen: Expanded during the rebuild so two people can cook without working around each other. GE Cafe appliances and a quartz waterfall island.

Two King Bedrooms: Both are full size rooms with a king bed, and each has its own desk if you need to work.

Primary Suite: Its own sliding door to the deck and a wall of windows facing the hillside. A leather sofa and bench make it a real sitting room rather than just a bedroom. Motorized shades under curtains, so the room goes properly dark. The bathroom opens through an archway and has a double vanity, a frameless glass walk in shower, a freestanding concrete soaking tub under the window, a separate toilet room and a walk in closet.

Second Bedroom: King bed, closet, full length desk and chair, plantation shutters. It uses the hall bathroom, which has a quartz vanity and a large tiled shower.

Also here: air conditioning, an in-unit washer and dryer off the kitchen, high speed Wi-Fi throughout, and a Smart TV television in the living room.

OUTSIDE

A new Trex deck with stainless cable railings, a sofa and two chairs. You can reach it from the living room or from the primary bedroom.

THE COMMUNITY

Canyon Mesa is gated and quiet. On site you have a nine hole par 28 course ranked among the top twenty short courses in the country, plus foot golf, two tennis courts, four pickleball courts, a seasonal pool and a year round spa.

The pool and spa are included with your stay. Golf, tennis and pickleball are booked directly with the club through the pro shop, where guest rates and equipment rentals are posted. All players check in at the pro shop first.

THE AREA

Five minutes to the Bell Rock and Courthouse Butte trailheads. Twenty minutes to the Chapel of the Holy Cross. Uptown Sedona is a short drive without sitting in Uptown traffic.

GOOD TO KNOW

This is a shoe free home, to keep the new carpet in the condition you will find it.

Check in is self service. Instructions come by email before you arrive.

Canyon Mesa requires every guest to register with the HOA before arrival. We send the form with your check in details.

Quiet hours are 10pm to 7am.

Four guests maximum. No pets, no smoking, no events. The hearth is decorative and is not for use. The booking guest must be 25 or older and stay for the whole visit.

Parking is in the community spaces beside the unit, first come first served, passenger vehicles only. Vehicles cannot be left on community streets overnight.
