Standing on one of Sedona`s most breathtaking parcels, this home commands views that rival the famous Airport Mesa—except here, the sunset belongs to you alone. Across this private acre, we`ve woven together intimate pockets of joy: decks where the evening light will take your breath away, ancient junipers offering shade for quiet reflection, hammocks swaying in the desert breeze with a book in hand. This is the dance between wild nature and thoughtful design—a canvas for the kinds of moments that make your chest feel full years later.

Sleeping up to 17 guests, four serene bedrooms offer private retreats, and a fifth flex space offers three additional beds while inviting laughter over games, cozy reading corners, and movie nights. Note: due to system limitations, the maximum guest count you can add to the reservation is 16. If you have 17 guests, just let us know in a message after booking.

The dining areas—each framed by those magnificent red rocks—hold space for both lively celebration and tender conversation. Here, togetherness feels effortless.

This home’s location is private yet central, located minutes from Sedona’s top attractions. From the home, you can walk to local favorites including Basecamp Brewery, Layla’s Bakery, and Famous Pizza. Numerous trailheads, including Devil’s Bridge Trailhead and Thunder Mountain Trailhead, are within a five-minute drive.

These products are scented with a blend of organic essential oils and are ordered in eco-friendly refillable containers. We supply unscented hand soap as well. All bathroom supplies are naturally-derived and cruelty free.

POOL HEATING

Please contact us at least one week prior to your stay to arrange for the pool to be heated. The cost is $75 per night of your reservation. The pool is maintained to at least 75º from June 1 to September 30 at no charge. You can heat the spa year-round at no charge.

You will have full access to the entire home, garage, outdoor living spaces, backyard, pool, and hot tub.

We live locally, and are available 24/7 if needed. We are just a message or phone call away throughout your stay!

You will be staying in a quiet residential neighborhood. Please be respectful of the neighbors :) You will be centrally located, and just a short walk or drive to many of the area`s top attractions.

Rideshares like Uber or Lyft are rare in Sedona, but you can make use of public transit options.

Use the free Sedona park-and-ride shuttle to get to popular trailheads where parking is difficult. The West SR 89A Park & Ride is a 4-minute drive from the home. Shuttles run year-round, Thursday thru Sunday.

Alternatively, the Sedona Shuttle Connect will transport you to and from any location within city limits (including this home). The cost is $2 per person, $1 for select groups, and free for children 5 and under. Download the TransLoc app to request a ride, Thursday thru Sunday, 6:30 AM to 6:00 PM.

Violating any of the house rules can lead to your reservation being canceled immediately without a refund.

• We do not charge extra for additional guests. However, the number of guests staying MUST match the number of guests specified on the reservation. No unregistered guests are allowed on the property at any time.
• Pets are not allowed. Any evidence of pets may incur a $500 deep cleaning fee.
• No smoking or vaping inside or on property. Any evidence of these activities may incur a minimum $1,000 deep cleaning fee.
• We are unable to accommodate late check-out. Checking out after 10:00 AM will incur a $250 fee.
• Fires, candles, fireworks, and other open flames are prohibited
• No firearms allowed on property
• Do not move furniture
• Do not unplug, move, or tamper with electronic devices (WiFi, security system, locks, etc.)
• Parties, special events, and retreats are not allowed per City of Sedona local ordinance
• Minimum age to book a reservation is 25 years old. Additional guests may be younger.
• Guest making the reservation must have identity verified and provide a current phone number
• A $25 shipping and handling fee applies to items left behind

We are committed to complying with state and local regulations, which is why you will be asked to complete a guest verification process after booking.

You will receive an email and a text with a link to complete the verification. This process is completed by a third party company called Truvi. We do not see any of your private information.

Truvi will collect a non-refundable credit card authorization fee of $10. This allows them to collect reimbursement if damage is discovered after your stay, without having to actually hold a damage deposit.

Please be sure to complete this process WITHIN 24 HOURS of making your reservation. If the verification process is not completed, we cannot legally host you and we will be forced to cancel your reservation, potentially without a refund.
