"Had an issue with the microwave basically frying, I was offered the lobby microwave to use, if I needed to. I declined due to having a plan B. I did observe the bathroom needed minor touch up, but nothing that stuck out for being highly upset. Everyone speaks to you like you’re someone, and input is very important to them. I have never had any issues with the hotel. They make a lot of effort to satisfy."

"Staff was great and they provided everything my mother and I needed for our stay. Tabitha was a ray of sunshine and made every return to the hotel a pleasure. The rotating flavored water and on demand fresh ground coffee were excellent touches. I definitely recommend this property."
