This beautiful independent Landes-style villa includes, on the ground floor, a very large, bright living room, a lounge area with television and a living area opening onto a large partly covered terrace with a built-in barbecue. An open kitchen fitted and equipped with a fridge/freezer, oven, gas hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, filter coffee maker and dishwasher.
A bedroom with two single beds and cupboard overlooking the garden. A bathroom with shower. Separate WC.
Upstairs, a bedroom with a 160cm bed and cupboard and a second bedroom with a 140cm bed and cupboard. Shower room with WC.
On the garden level, a large garage with washing machine, shower and WC. There is also a ping pong table available.
Pleasant open garden, you will have the possibility to store bicycles in the garage and park cars inside the property.
PETS NOT ALLOWED. Wifi. The electricity package is charged in addition to the accommodation cost and is automatically stated in the contract for the periods from January 1st to mid-June and from September to December.
