"No complaints - all-round solid hotel experience, with a great location."

"Fabulous views. Excellent staff"

"Le déjeuner était incroyable et un drink j gratuit avec plein de petits appetizer en pm. La chambre était parfaite avec plein de petites attentions. L’emplacement no 1, direct dans la gare. Je recommande fortement cet hôtel"

"Great location- easy to find with clear instructions provided. Near to Peace Memorial Park, Orizuru Tower (highly recommend for views from the roof and able to return for free in the evening). Number 2 tram nearby takes you to Miyajimaguchi ferry terminal). Modern and clean accommodation- washing machine and drying facilities a real bonus. Really enjoyed our stay."

"My boyfriend and I stayed in a private tatami mat room with very comfortable futons. It was a good location and they let us store our luggage before and after check-in. I will say though - we had to carry our stuff up 4 floors… which wasn’t ideal. The walls are so thin you can hear everything in the hallway as well as the bordering room. So much so that we could full on hear the conversations word for word, and some people were not quiet speakers. The staff was very nice and accommodating, and...

"Very nice place. Close to anything you would need. I highly recommend to go to a Japanese BBQ. I was skeptical at first but was pleasantly surprised. The breakfast was good a lot of variety."

"大人3名、子供2名　で利用。 広いし、綺麗。 アメニティ、コーヒーもデロンギマシーンで飲めたり、大満足でした。 もう一泊したいくらいでした。 広島旅行の際はまた利用します。"

"The rooms were clean and comfortable. They were very quiet The location was very good with everything within a 15 minute walk. I would stay again"

"夜間のカードキーでの入場で安全が確保できている。 遮光ブラインドで明かりが入らず、遅くまで寝れた。 飲食店、コンビニが近く便利。 繁華街の中にあるが、騒音はない。"

"チェックアウト後の荷物預かりサービスは助かりました"

"Reasonably priced. Great for family or group"

"3 night stay while visiting Hiroshima and the Peace Memorial. Traveling with another couple. We like to get together in evenings at hotel lounge or bar. This hotel had neither. The room was very compact but functional. Funky arrangement with small entry hall leading to separate WC (with bidet - always in Japan!), separate small bathroom with shower (great pressure) and sink (small counter space). The entry had a motion activated light that couldn't be turned off and a sliding door separated this...

"Good: The staff was excellent, including the Front Desk and other up front folks. The Housekeeping staff were good as well. The location can't be beat. The lobby is beautiful. The bad: Our first room smelled very bad, like old smoke or mildew?? It was very strong. The airfilter and A/C did nothing to help. The front desk was able to move us to another room which was fine. Again the front desk was helpful. The rooms are also very small and the rooms and the bathrooms were also quite...

"Great little hotel, comfortable and clean. Efficient staff and in a great location."
