"2泊させていただきました。掃除がよく行き届いていましたので、快適に過ごせることができました。ありがとうございました。 今後のことを考えて一言申し上げますと、ラウンジのパンの表示は朝6時前でまだパンは多く提供されているにもかかわらず、連日ともにパンの提供は終了した旨の表示がされていました。また飲み物も受け皿が設置されておらず、外国人の方々は諦めて出発されました。この辺は改善が必要かと思います。"

"The hotel itself is very nice, but unfortunately the service level was extremely poor. We waited 3 hours and 45 minutes for our room, despite a confirmed check-in time of 3:00 PM. Traveling with kids made the long wait especially difficult, and there was no prioritization or accommodation offered for families. When we were finally assigned a room, it was the wrong room, and it had not been properly cleaned. There was also a noticeable musty smell, which made the experience even more disappointing. Overall, the staff’s level of service and attention to detail was not acceptable for an airport hotel. Based on this experience, I would not recommend staying here."

"This hotel is self check in and out which was very cool! Rooms were a little tight but it was okay. We were a family of 3 and we had a room with 3 twin beds. Breakfast was just okay. For having to pay for breakfast they could have had more choices. Walking distance to convenient stores and restaurants. This hotel offers shuttle ride to airport first come first serve, they have their schedules posted in the lobby. "

"Nice places to eat nearby and even has a family mart in the hotel itself where you can buy laundry supplies. Self laundry facilities were easy to use. It’s near Bashamishi station so if you want an easy way to save money and still travel around Tokyo, get a SUICA card and use the train or busses. So simple. This hotel is in an amazing spot. There are some restaurants inside the hotel but the one I went to multiple times was the Curry restaurant, it was amazing!"
