On around 55 square meters of living space and with three rooms you will find a cozy holiday home for up to four people. Everywhere you can see and feel the charm of the old bathroom style villa, coupled with the good taste of your friendly hosts. The colors and shapes of the carefully selected furniture harmonize perfectly with each other. The two bedrooms have large double beds and promise a restful sleep. The friendly shower room and the high-quality kitchen leave nothing to be desired. In the warm season, your private, beautifully landscaped terrace with teak furniture and beach chair invites you to sit comfortably in the fresh Baltic air in front of the apartment. Due to the elevated location, you are protected from prying eyes from Wilhelmstraße and still enjoy a box seat with a view.
