It consists of a double room, a bathroom with bathtub and integrated shower facility, washbasin and toilet and a living room with kitchenette and single sofa bed. The Apartment has direct access to the terrace, shared with the other apartment, which looks southwards and offers a wonderful view of the Dolomites. The kitchenette is equipped with stove, coffee maker, refrigerator, cooking utensils, cutlery, crockery and much more. The ski bus stops just a few steps from the house and takes you free of charge (using the free tickets provided at check-in) to the Dolomiti Superski lifts, such as the Col raiser and Saslong cable cars. The return trip is on skis, almost directly to the front of the house. There is a ski rental less than 50 m from the house. Ski enthusiasts will love it! In summer the Col Raiser cableway is particularly advantageous, just 450 m from the house. Just a few steps from the house there is the “Old Railway Walking Path” that will allows you to discover Val Gardena on foot or by bike. The center of S. Cristina is approx. 400 m away, the center of Selva is approx. 1.8 km away. The bus stop is only 400 m away and allows you to reach Selva and Ortisei free of charge. There is a pizzeria, restaurant and bar aprox. 50 m from the house away. Grocery shops and other shops are approx. 400 m away in the center of S. Cristina.
