"Location excellent. Right in old town Quebec. Hidden underground swimming pool was great. Spacious clean room. Surprisingly nice. Only thing is the stairs at the front and in parts of the rooms area. Without a full time door person you have to be aware to call upstairs to get help with luggage - and for old or handicap people this is hard. There is a passage through a restaurant that avoids the stairs but can’t take luggage that way and walking through the restaurant is a bit awkward in any case."
